Wow, just wow. You walk in the door and get immediately intoxicated by the delicious aroma of home. Lots of supplies and seasonings to make your own meals, but the star is definitely the hot and ready meals they have going on. Today they had boudin gumbo, and I about died and went to heaven when Neil gave us a sample. It was the most flavorful, delicious food I've had in the PNW since moving up here, I wanted to cry.
