Altha's is a hidden gem! This tiny market not only offers a wide selection of authentic Cajun seasonings and spices but also has a deli in the back that serves the most delicious food to go. Hands down, the best red beans and rice I've ever had, and their boudin is incredible—just the right amount of heat, but so flavorful. The prices are great for the quality, and the owner is super nice and friendly, which makes the experience even better. I can't wait to go...
