I have personally been going to this Applebee’s since their doors opened. I’ve lived in Kent for 19 years. They’ve been open for about 17 always been happy with the service I’ve gotten I know the managers. I know Fabio I know Jennifer and now they got this Jeff guy there who I always order online and I pick up inside the inside the restaurant and this guy tells me I need to go to the side door. I told him I wasn’t going to the side door. I always pick it up and he told me that oh well I don’t know what to tell you I guess you won’t eat. He’s the worst manager I’ve ever seen in my life and I am never ever coming back to Applebee’s any Applebee’s again as long as I live this guy, Jeff can kiss my I’m pissed. He should be fired. He is the worst manager ever he should be fired and I will be calling the corporate office on him because I’m pissed.

Met my bestie there for lunch. Haven't been there for AWHILE and didn't like it then. Nothing changed to this day. They don't have a lunch menu, just a daily special which is what I ordered. (Bacon ranch chicken sandwich) Bestie had bone-in chicken wings with some sort of BBQ sauce on it which was dark as night and a Caesar salad. Full $$ since no lunch menu. ($16) She took most of it home, as I did with my sandwich which came with a side of fries ($10). SALT 💣!!!! I also had their margarita flight ($20), you can choose up to 4 flavors. SUPER SWEET!!! I ordered a double 1800 to attempt to cut the sweetness but the server told me I have to finish the flight to get it. ??? Anyhoo, I won't be going back but I'm gonna hit up Red Lobster since I've heard that they've changed their menu. Will let y'all know....🥰 BTW, the chicken sandwich was ok, large piece of previously breaded chicken on a little brioche bun (toasted and tasty) with ranch dressing, lettuce and pickles. Would have preferred it open faced since the heat of the chicken wilted the lettuce.. 😁🥰

I eat here quite often for lunch as my work is close by. This is the second time I received poor service from Micah. When the food came I asked for some Ranch dressing for my fries, never came. I never received a fork, knife, no napkins, he never offered to refill my drink. I had to track him down to get those things ( he was sitting in a booth using a laptop) Never did get that Ranch I asked for two separate times. It appeared as though they had plenty of help for the amount of customers BUT most of the help appeared as though they were tired, huddling up together talking among themselves. Very weird atmosphere. I struggled with leaving a tip. I didn't want to but I still did. I don't expect to be treated like royalty when I dine out BUT this was just ridiculous.
Came here on June 20th 2025 for a pickup order, food made us both feel ill. the food was not hot at all when we received it, and did not taste good, mozzarella sticks tasted microwaved/not hot, fries cold, everything was a huge disappointment. My husband ended up getting very sick and dry heaving after eating the food, I am pregnant and requested the burger to not be pink but yet I still spotted pink inside of my cold burger. I would suggest manager to have a talk with cook about consistency and serving practices, as the safety of the food should be top priority.

Jessica was a literal angel - we went in 9 minutes before close (yikes!) and she refused to except any of our apologies. Our food was out in literal minutes and we escaped ASAP so they could close. Service was amazing and the kitchen was bomb af. Definitely order the wonton tacos. 10/10

Awesome customer service. Excellent food. The managers are ultra polite and always checking in with the customers, making sure everything is on par to there order. Place is well lit inside. This is a great location for family and kids too.
