We want to recognize Sheldon for going above and WAY beyond. My fiance took out his new partial and wrapped it in a napkin, I'm sure you can guess the rest. So the next morning we went back to Applebee's and met Sheldon, asked him if we could look through his dumpster and let him know why. He not only let us into the dumpster area, he brought out gloves, a ladder and then jumped in the dumpster himself.Yes, we found the partial (which is part of a set that cost us a lot of money and we just made our 1st payment on them).He is very compassionate, empathetic and truly cared about our situation. We have been patrons for a number of years but now we will definitely keep dining here for years to come!!!

Okay she halfway filled our shots and buckets and we tried so hard to be friendly she barely interacted with the customers and then the our check on the floor.... It was from 730 to 830pm heard about her and another one. 2 curvy beautiful women with bad attitude. She had a smirk when she saw us and no hey how are you or anything.EDIT: Thank you for the quick response and understanding and I willreturn come back again and give it another go. Thank you.

Went in last night with my husband and our one year old our servers name was mica . We get the bill payed with cash and got the rest of the money back with the receipt and was missing $10 .. we had to let him know we had an issue and immediately said sorry and grab $10 out of his tips he had in his pocket and he knew exactly what he did . we we’re going leave a tip but after getting $10 taken from us for a tip without us knowing is very unprofessional don’t go here..

My wife replace order for me yesterday from this restaurant. I was super sick at the house by myself and I order chicken fries and salad they give me the chicken burn. I called them manager and I talk to him. He said sorry we cannot change the order for you. The only thing I can do give you a gift card and I was OK with that and my order was $38 plus tax and this guy give me a gift card $20 which is he thought I’m homeless I went today to the restaurant I talked to the other manager tried to fix the problem he told me do you want me give you a new order which is already 24 hour past of my last order and I’m gonna give you guys the picture of my chicken the one they gave me last night nasty restaurant and I’m gonna put you guys on my YouTube channel and I will talk about how you guys treat people when they do order inside the restaurant different that’s not good when somebody do order please give them their order right because you guys Don’t deserve to be a manager for Apple pies Thank you for the bad customer service you guys did i’m going to show this pictures to the health department are they going to accept it?

Always like going to this Applebee's. Food is always good and we prefer Jessica as our waitress. She always respectful toward us and seems like a happy person. You don't want to encounter grumpy and angry people when you go out to eat.
It's disappointing all around. The waitress didn't seem too interested in doing simple basic things a service person should do. When the customer orders a Cesar salad, maybe it should have dressing on it. Don't drop it and disappear into the back room. The back room didn't do much better. The burger I ordered tasted like it was cooked with a plastic wrapping left on.We probably won't return. Disgusting food.

The beer was good, of course, all the waitress had to do was place the opened bottle on the table..It seems that the facility doesn't think customers need a drinking glass. The fries took too long to come, and they were salty.The previous time I went there was in 2018. It'll be a while before I return ?

So I'm a little conflicted with my experience here.This was meant to be an affordable lunch and we were lured in by the endless/bottomless wings special for like $15.And I will say that the wings and also they have shrimp ? with the same deal...and there are a variety of sauces too were very tasty! And I totally recommend them!Here are the ways that I wasn't satisfied and why I'd probably rather fix something easy at home.The food was slow. It took too long to order initially and too long to order additional batches so that in an hour I think I got two baskets of the shrimp. They were good, but if you were expecting the food to be fuel for your day you might still be hungry after spending your whole lunch there.The next problem is much more in your control as a customer, but I'll point out that we are not particularly big splurgers but the combined tab was over double what I'd estimated based on the all you can eat deal advertised.Even though the restaurant was not busy at lunchtime when we went our server was a little busy to take care of us quickly. Maybe bad luck or maybe understaffing.I think this is great if you are retired, or all day to go with friends, or have a small apatite... this is probably really good for you.I left trying not to resent that I'd taken a 2 hour lunch break to be hungry and spend money I probably shouldn't have.
