After absolutely loving it last two years, I have go back from a 5-star. Don't go unless you are a party of 10 because then you can get a reservation. We put our name on the wait-list at 5pm, and we're told a wait of 20-50 minutes. We thougt that's reasonable for Asadero. Of course, we end up with no table until 8pm. I would have preferred if they told us morning was available. With their changed menu, it was not the same. Came back pretty disappointed, even after spending a ton.

This is a very delicious hidden Mexican steakhouse gem!! The staff are friendly! The food is delicious! The drinks were exceptionally made!!!
The steak and potatoes were delicious and the jalapeno cream cheese with bacon appetizers were on point!
It gets a little loud in the building but its worth going!

A little on the loud side, some seating is a bit close to the front door. Wagyu came sliced almost sandwich meat thin. It was delicious but the amount of steak at the price point didnt make sense.

Prime Carne Con Chile was great. Added Quesadillas to mop up the rest. Just a little spice and very savory, and beans were excellent. Friend had one of the steaks and absolutely melted in your mouth. 100% recommend.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
They never return calls or emails for reservations, so we showed up in person — only to deal with unhelpful, dismissive customer service. The hostess couldn’t accommodate our group of 10 because we “needed 11 seats,” even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only two people inside. Instead of helping us, they acted like they didn’t want our business at all.

We all walked out.
If you’re planning a corporate event or group booking, don’t even consider this place. It was embarrassing and unprofessional.

Didn’t stay because they were completely inflexible to seat us despite having babies because a few people in the party were running late. Even offered to order their food and drinks when we sat and still no. I get it, Covid changed things and now the restaurant experience has all gone downhill. But if you’re not going to allow reservations, as this place doesn’t, and you have a customer who is telling you they have babies and parents coming out in the rain (something rare and special) and you’re willing to order apps, drinks and even their food if they’re running late, there should be a level of flexibility.
They also made me throw away my water bottle telling me that they could lose their liquor license. You can’t lose your license for water, I looked it up. They obviously can’t monitor that it’s water, but I’m at the restaurant, there’s no bar to sit and wait for my party, you’re being totally inflexible with seating despite it being 5:30pm, and now I’m getting a hard time about my water bottle. Thanks but no thanks.

What can I say Asadero Prime is next level! I have never experienced a Hispanic steakhouse before and was more than pleased. We tried all of the appetizers and the bone marrow, guacamole, tortilla, and queso funding con chorizo were all excellent. The flavors melded well and crossed all pallette types.
Personally I prepared my own Japanese Wagyu Ribeye on a hot stone with rock salt, provided seasoning blend, and rosemary! Wow! Fork tender, excellent seasoning pairing with whatever level of rock salt you wish to add. It was amazing. I paired this steak with Papa Loca and Rajitas Poblanas. Oh my God! The rich Pablano cream sauce served with crustini was like nothing I can compare to, setting it's own bar with it's corn and creme sauce! So let's talk about the Baked Potato (Papa Loca), well seasoned, topped with smoked bacon, 4 cheeses, sour cream and Wagyu Asada. It's name is approved, it was crazy amazing touching beyond culinary excellence, a true comfort food! Oh my God, I will be dreaming of this meal till my return for another round of the meat sweats!
Asadero Prime is a must try!

Picking up to go orders is hard, servers don’t get details right on modifications, things get missed on the last three orders. In house service is great to go not so much
