Absolutely no! The customer service was good but the food 2/10.i found a piece of sha To metal in my 14 month olds beans twice! No comp. Just a new plate of it. Do not recommend! So scary to think he could of swallowed that!

Azteca restaurant manager/owner I suggest you to make fresh guacamole on the fiesta platter, the one my husband got last time was like from 3-4 days before but we noticed that once he got home & didn’t want to go back to the restaurant, instead we just didn't eat it...Plus the employees who prepare the fiesta platter do not make any effort anymore. It looks like they just throw the food in the platter & that doesn't look pretty & personally & definitely I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL.
That’s exactly why I’m not a fan of eating outside anymore but that day I think it was Sunday & my husband asked me to take a break and not to cook, oh well...Lesson learned & never again.

The service was amazing, would go back simply for that reason. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. The salsa, bean dip, and queso were all excellent as well. However, the chicken burrito i got was tasteless and the sauce tasted like water, no flavor at all and was an unusually light color for a red sauce. And my hard taco was laying down in the sauce which completely ruined it by making it soggy and split in half by the time I got it. Rice and beans also tasted like they had no seasoning. Would try again but it was pretty not worth it this time

Took my family for dinner on 10/19/25 and the shrimp in the fajitas were stale. Server said they changed the brand and people were complaining and yet they were still serving shrimps. Very unhealthy experience.

After working all day I bought three people and myself Mexicans, I asked the waitress if I could order two tamales and two tacos then we came up with one tamale and two tacos play when she brought my dinner it was only one tamale and one taco and everybody at the table heard her and I she was not a good waitress she was an older lady Sunday night

Today was the first time I have been to Axteca and was very disappointed. Half of the restaurant was closed off, with no explanation , I figured it was about staffing because they had ONE server and probably one cook. It took 10 minutes to take our order and then another 35 minutes to get our food. This never happens at Axteca. We asked twice about our food and absolutely no answer, no apology, nothing. Needless to say, communication matters, probably won't go back to the Kent Axteca.

I've been a fan of this Azteca location for years, and I can't believe it's taken me this long to leave a review! I'm grateful that Azteca continues to maintain this spot, especially as the neighborhood faces challenges—the community truly deserves a welcoming establishment like this. We visit every couple of months, usually for a late lunch or early dinner, so it's often on the quieter side, hence the 4-star rating on atmosphere. They also seem to have a strong takeout business, which is great to see. I sincerely hope this location remains part of the community for many years to come!
