We went on Sunday, November 17 and Monday, November 18, 2024 to Baskin Robbins Kent Wa, and the truth is excellent service, atmosphere and products. The place was very clean, the girl who provided us with very kind and patient attention. Recommended!

I ordered for delivery and got the wrong order. I ordered the 3 scoop sundae and not only did I get a half portion but they also gave me the wrong flavor of ice cream! I ordered peppermint and received mint chip. Definitely not what I wanted

I preordered my daughter’s cake with a picture sample of the style I would like it to be. I also talked to the person who took my ordered that I totally understood it wouldn’t look like that sample picture, but the cake came out missing of what I detailed to her and just look at the 6 on the cake! Is that a professional who knows how to do it or a trainee who has no skill. M very disappointed with this. If it wasn’t because my daughter wanted a pink cake I wouldn’t take it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering cake there.

Quite disappointed at the service received. The women was rude to the gentleman in front of me, rude to me, rude and then again rude to the person behind me! She seemed annoyed that customers were on the store. There was a slight language barrier, but never should that be an excuse to be rude if there's a misunderstanding... Three times! I won't return simply because of that. Ice cream, fortunately, did not further the poor experience.

I went in around 6:30 to order a few ice cream products, at first the lady who was working the store wasn’t pay a ounce of attention to the fact that customers came in, and when she did she was talking on the phone with a AirPod in. So I couldn’t understand her, she was talking on the phone and taking with us at the same time so I had no idea when she was talking to me or when she mumbling about random drama to her friend who was on the phone with her. As a cashier myself it makes me so frustrated when customers come up to the counter still on the phone, but to have it totally flipped and the employee be the one on the phone with a friend not another customer, a friend is absolutely crazy. We were asking her questions and she didn’t have a care in the world. And I totally understand people are not payed enough for most jobs but there is no reason to remain on the phone with someone else when trying, and failing might I add, to take our order. Not to mention how many times I had to repeat myself because she was just not listening at all, well at least not listening to us she was paying 110% of her attention to her friend. Horrible customer service, didn’t even put the right amount of ice cream in and gave me the wrong cone (so I ended up paying for the more expensive one) and she was trying so hard to get us out of there she kept trying to check us out when only one of us had ordered even though when we came in and asked for some time for us to think we made it fairly clear we were both getting something. Also she used the same scoop for every ice cream, and I’m not sure about the policy but I would assume that you would at bare minimum have to clean the scoop in some way in between.
