I ordered an iced white mocha and my drink did not tasty anything like white chocolate, all I tasted was straight coffee. The white mocha was not stirred all the way because I had to chew the chucks of white chocolate powder. The cups (we ordered four drinks), were not wiped off after mixing our drinks. And, barista was not so friendly. She didn’t have a conversation because she was on the phone with a man the whole time.

Absolutely terrible service at your shop today. The lady working at around 4pm on Wednesday 4th September 2019 was terrible and so rude. I’m from the UK and made a detour to your place as part of a road trip as it had been recommended by a friend. We were driving an RV so parked it around the corner and walked up to the window. The lady serving snapped at us and said we had to drive up to the window. We tried explaining that we had an RV so it would be difficult, but she was just rude and dismissive. After getting back in the RV and trying to drive back to the window, lo and behold the vehicle was too big so we had to get out again to order and pick up our drinks. The whole time the lady serving was rude and had a terrible attitude. All in all, a horrible place and experience. You need better staff.
The girl who works afternoons is rude and honestly thinks way to highly of herself. I’d rather buy coffee at 7-11 then ever give another dollar to this establishment
