This location is slower than snot; in the afternoons there is always a huge line, service is so slow that one day I ended up waiting 45 minutes behind four cars.

today at lunch I decided to stop by for red bull, there was one car in front of me, two girls instead of working talked with them, and in order to make it look like they were working, they gave them a straw every 5 minutes (I waited 25 minutes, I was left without a drink and I was late for work

I waited in the line for exactly 45 mins to even place the order. When I got to the window, the three baristas were standing there talking and giggling. No sense of urgency. They didn’t apologize for the extremely long wait. By the time I got my coffee I had waited 57 mins total. People have plans and better things to do than wait an hour to get a coffee. I don’t ever plan to come back here, and will make my espresso at home to save myself my valuable time and money. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Used to love this big foot. Quality has declined. The last few times I waited over 45 min in line. Today I was served a drink that was curdled. Hallie said it was bc how sugar free syrup mix with cream. I totally understand that’s a possibility but I come once a week and get the same drink and the other people who work there know the correct order to make the drink to avoid the “separation” as they call it. I wasn’t offered another drink, a refund, or to try to make the drink again. Sad because I love coming here but there are too many coffee stands to be gaslit at and convinced to drink something gross. Also needed a printed receipt and wasn’t given one. Wish I could get my money and my tip back.
first of all they had amazing service even made a custom drink since it was discontinued and it tasted so heavenly , like words cannot describe how good it was. Y’all have to try the jasmine tea peach smoothie with whipped cream!!!!

Came here for my lunch break. I have an hour lunch. Sat in line for 45 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Why the heck did it take soooo long for me to get through? I have no idea. There’s 3 people working inside. Idk if they’re all new or what but y’all have to get it together. 45 minute wait just for me to order a drink that takes 2 minutes to make (strawberry red bull with cream) is absurd. You’re making coffee not building rocket ships.Then the barista got an attitude WITH ME because apparently everyone is ordering the drink I ordered… ma’am respectfully I will come through this window don’t play with me.
