I had a pretty much similar experience to one of the customer who put a review. Two ladies are working. One word was helping Customer. The other one was stocking up supplies. I pull up to the window. Waited waited for several minutes. The girls who were stalking the supplies even didn’t look at me to say we will be with you shortly. I waited there for 10 minutes and I say are you taking my order still that lady did not say anything. This is ridiculous and bad for the business. If you can’t work, they don’t let someone else to do your job. I left without ordering the coffee as it this is not acceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would, this was the worst experience! I sat for almost a half an hour being the fourth car in line. When I pulled to the window she cleaned the counter, cleaned up her area around her, went and got herself some ice water, put her straw in her ice water, and then drank before she acknowledged me like I was an inconvenience to her. She asked me what I wanted then proceeded to overcharge me by $7! She took her sweet time making my coffee handed it to me and said have a good day, I asked for my sandwich that I had ordered and she rolled her eyes and walked away. When she came back I asked for my receipt and how many points I had and she said I don't know, you didn't give me your number or you card, you have to do that before I charge you. I never did get me receipt...I will never come back here!

Worst big foot I’ve been too take 20 minutes per car even for 1 drink and then they give you a drink that has the drink all over it with napkins, I want to drink the drink not have it all over me, terrible just terrible

This is the slooowest coffee stand! Every single time. Doesn't matter if there is one car in line or 15. My last visit there was one car in front of me and I waited almost 10 minutes.

Don't go to your Bigfoot. I've had multiple times going here where some of the employees just want to spend their time chatting instead of moving the line. I've now left twice because the line didn't move for an extended period of time. I will not come back to this location.
“I was disappointed by the way I was treated during my visit . The staff member spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which made me feel unwelcome. I had to leave without buying what I came for. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Went here to get the cocoberry redbull drink, asked the girl for the frostbite foam on it and a coffee cake as well. She repeated back the drink to me correctly but when I already paid for it I got no coffee cake and no cold foam on it :( the drink also did not taste like it had coconut in it lol. Screw this place
