“I was disappointed by the way I was treated during my visit . The staff member spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which made me feel unwelcome. I had to leave without buying what I came for. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Went here to get the cocoberry redbull drink, asked the girl for the frostbite foam on it and a coffee cake as well. She repeated back the drink to me correctly but when I already paid for it I got no coffee cake and no cold foam on it :( the drink also did not taste like it had coconut in it lol. Screw this place

I want to give 5 stars for how nice the staff is but I have to take off a few for how long the wait time is. I only come when I know I have at least 15 minutes to wait even if I'm the only car. I love listening to the girls chat but please chat while making my drink so I'm not late back from my break 💖

It’s a shame because I really like the coffee, but the barista will sit and talk to their friends for upwards of 10 minutes and not give a shit about the cars in line. I genuinely cannot wrap my head around the disrespect.

I usually hit up bigfoot java. This location is between my house and work so it is convenient. Although my last few visits have been mediocre. Today I went and both my girlfriends drink and mine were wrong. The server Jessica.M you could see the glazed over stoner look in her eyes. She asked us if we wanted whip 5 times.
I ordered a sasquatcht cereal frostbite. This is just strawberry taste honestly.

Ridiculous and Slow. It may be Saturday but a 40+ minute wait for two coffees one made wrong. Had to wait for another ten to get it right. Meanwhile there ladies behind her standing around. Then I watched as they poured half frozen half and half in a blended drink. That effs up the consistency of the drink. Health Department should pay a visit and Management needs to stop the visiting of baristas and put focus on paying customers. This hour long trip will be our last one at this location.

I typically swing by here 3-4 times a week on my way to work but as of today I'll be going elsewhere. If I stop by before 6 a.m. when it's just Drew working, my drink comes out pretty consistent in terms of taste/flavor but if it's anyone one but him... it either tastes watered down or burnt for some reason.

If i could give ZEROS I WOULD. This location leaves a lot to be desired. I went this evening around 7 PM to pick up an order for DoorDash in the instructions It says if there are cars in the drive-through walk up, this is due to a long car time as some people have stated I’ve sat in this line for 45 minutes plus while the girls in there are giggling and talking to their boyfriends that are sitting in the line making them look busy. I walk up and I’m greeted with somebody with a horrible attitude and a mean look on their face telling me before, I could even say anything that they don’t take walk-up orders when I tell her, I’m there to do a DoorDash order she turns to a blonde haired girl with her hair in a bun and tells her I’m here for a DoorDash for this girl to give an equally mean look while rolling her eyes at me saying it doesn’t matter we still don’t do walk ups. I kindly try to show her my phone where it says in the instructions I have to walk up she rolled her eyes at me and said well there is no cars in the line to which I go around and there is three cars on one side and two on another do better if you are that miserable working somewhere, get a job somewhere else and don’t take your bad attitude out on people that are just trying to do their job as a previous employee of Bigfoot. I know this behavior is not tolerated so how this bad attitude is allowed at this location along with their slow car time. I have no idea. Sorry to whoever’s order i cancelled i would try Dutch bros instead.
