Every time I come to this Bigfoot Java location in Kent the wait is ridiculously long. I’ve had to wait close to an hour just to get one drink.
What’s frustrating is that while customers are sitting in line forever, the baristas are just standing around talking and then left fully and the room was empty while everyone waits. If you’re hoping for a quick coffee stop, this is definitely not the place. The service here is extremely slow.

Their food safety rating is Good, can you imagine the level of their food and drinks.

Went on Friday had a wonderful experience with the ladies working around 8pm they were so sweet and wonderful customer service and my Red Bull was amazing! will be stopping by again soon!!!!!!

Stopped by today and my drink was made how I like it! The only reason I’m giving a 3 star rating is because I heard the barista talking about either a co worker or someone else in a way that was not professional.

All the girls here are so lovely and my drinks are made great. They have good recommendations for redbull flavors when I want to try a new one. Shoutout to Ally for always recognizing me when I stop by.

Most of the time when I come to this location in the morning/mid afternoon the customer service is amazing! But today was different. I pulled up to the window and the barista’s back was turned away from the window. Looked like she was chatting with another barista or someone at the other window. It took her about 3 minutes to realize I was at the window & when she finally opened it she did not apologize for the wait or even ask me how I was doing. No customer service whatsoever. I asked if I can have cream in my redbull and her exact words were “it’s your drink you can have it however you want” I did not appreciate the condescending tone in that statement. Most of the baristas here are pretty friendly but that interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. I came on 12/26 around 11AM. The barista had long blonde hair with highlights I think & her hair was not up by the way. I’m sure nothing will get done about this but I thought I would share my experience.

Not my normal Big foot & I won't be back, the very young barista called me Boo, had me pay then before making my coffee she opened the window to take the next drink order, made his drink served him then started making mine.

I had a pretty much similar experience to one of the customer who put a review. Two ladies are working. One word was helping Customer. The other one was stocking up supplies. I pull up to the window. Waited waited for several minutes. The girls who were stalking the supplies even didn’t look at me to say we will be with you shortly. I waited there for 10 minutes and I say are you taking my order still that lady did not say anything. This is ridiculous and bad for the business. If you can’t work, they don’t let someone else to do your job. I left without ordering the coffee as it this is not acceptable.
So gross 🤮
