Went there at 230ish on 3/23. There's a Samoan, Hawaiian looking girl that works there that adds extra for her tips. Watch out if you get her.

Staff appeared distracted by their own conversations. It took almost 15 minutes for the coffee I ordered. I ordered a caramel latte and received a vanilla latte. Just seemed like no one was paying attention. For almost $10 for a coffee, I expect better service.

sat in line for 45 MINUTES. drinks ended up being awful and watered down. i’ve been to big foot for the same drink three days in a row at a different shop and it was always 5 minutes and GREAT quality drink. DO NOT GO HERE. they just talk and don’t do their work.

The way the person was at the window it looked like she was playing on her phone even though she was taking the order on the portable device. Then when I got my Huckleberry lemonade it tasted like it had a chlorine aftertaste. I couldn't drink it.

Don’t come here at night, the usual person that works here takes forever to makes drink more worried about talking to people than actually service customers!!!! Like if your here at 1:30am in the morning people got places to be, hurry up wave social hour for when your off

They are so slow it's ridiculous. Making a morning run to this coffee stop is a very bad idea...you wait in line for 20 mins and you're the next in line.. they are soooo slow. I have given up and driven away

It's my most favorite coffee place ever. Sometimes, the wait can be a little long. It's worth it. It's a drive up stand, so no worries about parking, kid friendliness or wheelchair access. ( they do have kid drinks).

Over the last 5 times i have gone to this location, the service is INSANELY slow.
This last time i even clocked how long it took. Per customer, it took them an average of 7.5 minutes. For one drink.
Every time, i have seen at MINIMUM 2 cars leave the line each time. Due to how long this place takes.
This last time. I ordered an Americano with White Coffee and a latte. It took the girl 15 minutes 24 seconds to make both drinks... and hand them to me. AND they still messed up the americano by not forgetting the white coffee. They seriously appear to just wander about and legit space out.
This place needs some serious time management lessons because its definitely rooted in this stand.
Kelly's Latte, a coffee stand close by, makes better coffee, takes a 4th of the time AND is cheaper.
AVOID THIS LOCATION.

This location has gone so downhill! There was only 1 car at one window and 3 cars at the other window. I went to the side with only 1 car. It took about 20 minutes for the one car to get 1 drink. When I pulled up, the lady making drinks for the opposite window looked over and said good morning while making drinks for her customer. There were at least 2 other ladies standing around, one of them was yelling about her bad day. Both ladies at one point or another had walked up to the window but neither of them even acknowledged that they had a customer at their window. I continued to wait for some time before deciding to just drive off. I drove to the location on Benson in Renton and those people were all WAY friendlier, joked, and held a conversation while making my drink, and even offered a lollipop afterwards. I definitely recommend driving the extra few miles to the Renton location or the one on West Valley HWY in Kent.
