They are so slow it's ridiculous. Making a morning run to this coffee stop is a very bad idea...you wait in line for 20 mins and you're the next in line.. they are soooo slow. I have given up and driven away

At the window now and the girl with the bun puffy coat and nose ring is the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met at a Bigfoot location. Clearly extremely bothered by interacting with customers. Will not be coming back.

This is my favorite bigfoot to go to because the baristas are so nice. Sandra, kaylean and Judy are always so sweet everytime I go here and they make my coffee perfect every time!

Cristina frok the bigfoot java in kent-by the winco,was amazing. Super approachable and sweet! Do everything to keep her. She brings that energy. She gave that energy that is like coffee ! You need it! ✨️

I've never been to a more incompetent Bigfoot Java and/or coffee shop. I've been here about 7 times at this point so I feel that is enough to give an encompassing review.

I've never had it take me just 6 minutes to get my order out, I have my order down to a science and I often get interrupted and get asked multiple times about something I've said.

Each time I've been here it's taken 35+ minutes to get my drink (in a 3 car line typically). Just absurd and annoying. Won't be going here anymore and you probably shouldn't either if you value your time and patience.

5 car deep line. No movement for 15 minutes and there are five girls just chatting on their phones. Pitiful customer service. Great coffee, but come on people are leaving the line it’s taking so long.

The drinks are good, but if you’re in a hurry, avoid this location at all costs. I come here often but there’s never been a time where I could get my drink in less than 20 minutes.

I waited in line for 25 minutes at the Big Foot Java in Kent because a manager decided to leave three brand-new employees alone on a busy Saturday. When I finally got to the window, I ordered a Bigfoot on the Beach. The girl at the window had no idea what that drink was, and another girl told her to “just mix the syrups that taste like a pina colada.” No recipe, no measurements—just guessing.

After waiting another 10 minutes for my drink, I asked what was taking so long and was told they were all new. When I finally got it, the drink was just syrup and ice—completely undrinkable.

There’s no excuse for leaving three new employees unsupervised on a weekend. It’s unfair to them and to customers. One of the girls even had her hood up the entire time, which made the whole situation feel even more unprofessional.

This location is a complete mess and the manager should be held accountable for such poor organization and training. $8.75 completely wasted.

I had been going here for a while now and the new girl that they recently hired (Indian short girl) I believe is disrespectful as hell! She won’t let me talk without getting interrupted. Just because I come often doesn’t give her the right to call me a weirdo and cussing at me? I have never experienced a barista with such insecurities.

If your in a hurry don't go here. After a 10min conversation with the car in front. They rang me up. Then a 10min conversation with the car across from me. After a 20min wait I got the wrong drink, not even close to what I ordered. Didn't have time to wait for a fix. ( 230 am on the way to work) I'll just choose a different stand from now on.

I absolutely love this location! The master baristas at this location can make anything you request just how you like! Shout out to Kavouri who helped me by offering life advice while making my drink to perfection! The shout out to the manager Honora, you running this place wonderfully keep up the good work!
