What a fantastic experience! A gourmet meal cooked in my home right in front of me, where each dish was perfectly timed and presented by the Chef. The menu was selected in advance and Chef Patrick worked his magic. Our menu started with Lobster Tails with a fresh corn sauce followed by Japanese Eggplant and Green Beans. Next came fresh Gazpacho soup followed by Beef Wellington and roasted root vegetables. For dessert, we had a citrus cake and cream. Throw in a few bottles of fine wine to pull it all together making this adventure something I can’t wait to experience again.
