The food is amazing!! The flavors of every seafood were delicious, I couldn't stop eating. I would eat there twice a week or three if I had the budget. IT'S THAT GOOD!!!!The service and servers were great as well. Thank you....

I ordered he Cajun boil with the dungeness crab and shrimp. Crab was good but then I noticed the shrimp had not been deveined!! Huh!? I thought this was a must before cooking and eating....is there an exception I'm not aware of? Pretty sure this could leed to food poisoning! I unfortunately couldn't get passed that to finish my meal!The server was nice but appeared distracted and in a bit of a hurry. The atmosphere was ok, but a bit misleading from the pictures on the website. Music was definitely a bit too loud which made it so that all the diners had to talk louder....had kind of a Chucky Cheese vibe... and that's cool, but not what I thought it would be to have a nice little casual outing with my wife.

It's been a few months. But I ordered the Dungeness crab, snow crab, and shrimp boil with sausage. It was fire. The seasoning, the sauce. Absolutely a winner. Definitely will be back soon.Vegetarian options: They have items like steamed rice and seaweed salad. But their focus is mainly seafood.Dietary restrictions: Serves mainly seafood. Some other items, but it's best to take that into consideration.Parking: It's shared parking with other establishments.

The menu was varied in a way I loved to see and I was very happy with the service we were given. There was none of that overly pushy customer service you often get, our server, Elis, was both quick, to the point, and very helpful in offering recommendations when we got stuck. Definetly worth coming to Kent for.

I did build your own: Dungeness crab, crawfish, clams, head off shrimp, and one lobster tail. They said you get one potatoe and one corn per lb and because my total weight was 5 lb I got 5 of each. I chose the house sauce based on reviews and normally choose 2 stars on spice but based on reviews, I went up a star (good rec!) as a seafood lover I'll admit I was very disappointed in the lack of flavor in the full crab and the crawfish...the lobster was cut in half so luckily the sauce got to flavor the meat! The shrimp is not de-veined so that was a process but youre able to dip it in the sauce to get some flavor...potatoes were cooked perfectly, the corn pieces were only an inch wide but were phenomenal soaked in the sauce...Im glad they have strong gloves bc the sharp claws would rip through any other gloves! I have my own cracker so that was helpful. For as expensive as this was ($130+tip) I wish the full crab and crawfish had SOME kind of flavor?...red lobster's crab tastes way better and they dont even cook it in garlic sauce! If I ever visit again, I'll stick to the shrimp and lobster for sure. Customer was nearly perfect apart from my having to ask for my card back, they almost forgot to give it back to me ?? (they took a call while my card processed so they gestured for me to sit down) glad I remembered once the gentleman came out with my bag!

Someone stole my online order before I had arrived, but the worker refused to remake my order or refund me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said one wasn’t available, only to find out later that she was the assistant manager! She claims someone gave my order name, which I highly doubt because I came from out of state and was staying an hour away from Kent! I told her that the only reason I drove so far to buy $150 worth of seafood was to give it to my family member dying of cancer, but she said nothing could be done about it and implied I could be lying about whoever picked up the order before me. Nobody else knew about what I ordered, the name I ordered under, or where I ordered from except for me.The only redeeming thing about this was one of their employees, Jessica, finally came an hour and a half later as we were filling out a police report and actually was helpful. I gave her a copy of my receipt, and she agreed to remake my order. She was wonderful, but everything else about this situation was horrendous.I can’t comment on the taste of the food, as I didn’t eat any; again, it was for a sick family member and their family. But they seemed to think it was alright (4/5).
