Quiet, easy, and fast place to get good boba! They have all sorts from tea, milk tea, coffee, and more! The staff is really knowledgeable and nice to their customers. Every time I visited, they always had great recommendations and attentive attitudes. Aside from that, BTO offers MANY different flavors which so far has always been good and I've gone more than 3 times.

Such good bubble tea! I have bubble tea often and this is some of the best I've had. They have a lot of great flavors and the texture of the boba and rainbow jelly is amazing. The sweetness level is perfect as well, and the people that work there are always so nice and patient if I can't make up my mind about what to get.

Best tea and honey boba around, but they have been out of most toppings the last few weeks and now are even out of basic boba pearls. Hoping they fix whatever supplier problem is causing this

My grandson loves bubble tea and smoothies. If you do too I recommend what he always orders, an avocado smoothie! It's not too sweet, it's just right and it really is smooth. You know how some places when they blend the drink there are little pieces of ice? Not at BTO, not a chip in there at all!And the young lady who always takes our order is so nice and outgoing! I must admit that when my grandson said he wanted an avocado smoothie I thought "yuk!" But when I tried a "no thank you drink" I loved it! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.......

Really cute boba shop and friendly staff. First time ordering from their top 7. The mocha frappe was good but I can never finish these giant drinks though! It's like battling a behemoth. The only thing I didn't like is the gal who fixed my drink had a nasty cough. I dunno if she's a smoker or just getting over a cold but I felt a little uneasy about her preparing my beverage. Although she was wearing a mask I was still hesitant downing my drink. We'll see how I feel in the coming days/week. Hopefully I didn't catch anything.

I came from Orange County, California and wanted to see how boba in Seattle compared. This place has the best teas, even better than some places in oc. Great milk teas and regular teas. Everything is made to order and the staff is great. Try La Vie En Rose on their secret menu

THE BEST BUBBLE TEA!! You must go here! As the name suggests, they brew their tea to order. All of their milk tea we've tried so far (original, hojicha, roasted oolong) has incredible tea flavor. Not over- or under-brewed. We've also tried the mango kumquat tea, which has a green tea base, and you can taste the green tea instead of just the fruit flavors, which is such a pleasant surprise! Their toppings are yummy, their honey boba is the perfect texture with the right amount of sweetness. They also sell fun things like mochi ice cream and milk tea boba ice cream bars! On top of the great offerings, the inside is super cute and the staff are quick and friendly. We were skeptical to try BTO because we've tried other boba in the area and have been let down, but this is our new favorite place. Better than any boba we've had anywhere else in Washington. This place is a must try!
