The 1st time in person, the bomb. Order on dash, dry. Went in person and asked for refresh, "We cook when ordered!" A LIE... It was ready by the time I came outta the bathroom and the chicken was dry as heck, gyoza really greasy, cooked twice and MY BUTT IS RAW FROM POOPING ALL NIGHT UNTIL 11AM THIS MORNING. 9/14/2024.... 12:07 pm. NEVER AGAIN THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! SO ANNOYED

Been ordering here for almost 7 years when I was a kid and still come by every time I have the chance love the food and friendly staff ;)
I had to wait a long time for my order. In the meantime the receptionist kept sneezing "all over the place" ( why can't we cover our noses? I have been guilty too). Nevertheless, a disappointing meal. Heavy on teriyaki sauce and over-grilled charred bits of chicken. The beef had a strange taste. Half the rice was undercooked. There was heavy foot traffic, so it was a let down when I tasted the food. Maybe those other customers tasted something that I didn't get.

I'm pretty picky about teriyaki these days but this place is EXCEPTIONALLY good. The staff member Rianna was super friendly and helpful and had amazing recommendations. The food is great. The katsu, teriyaki and fried rice are literally mouth watering and FRESH. This is our new go to spot and can't wait to try more!
