Our order was accurate and the cashier was very friendly. Thankful for that — including letting us choose which toy went into the kids meal!! At the same time, there was a code on the Coke machine which is extremely inconvenient for customers. And despite the pandemic truly being over, the playground is still closed with no explanation. It looks like a great playground, but has been closed for five years based on my previous attempts to visit. The bathroom requires being buzzed in by a cashier — which is awful if you (or your potty training child) gotta go. Finally, it’s cold: all of the employees have their coats on too. Won’t be back

I ordered two whoppers without veggies but I got one with veggies. I called them and they started a an argument with us. They had me come back and showed the wrong burger on the receipt. The guy who took my order asked me many questions about how I ordered. And they started shifting blame between cashier and kitchen. I do t care about it. I just wanted to get right order. They finally gave me a right one without apology. If you don’t want to come back , check your order before leaving !

I did a mobile order, and when I got there, there was 15 people in line, and the doors weren’t open for the lobby. Last thing in the world I had was a half an hour to wait for my food.
