Came here yesterday and seems they had a lot of callouts because there were only two people there. I’ve been in the hospitality industry many years so I get it but to be rude and yell at customers is unacceptable. We stopped in on the way to an appointment and was late due to the workers arguing and yelling at each other behind the line. Our food was not good at all! She then got mad when asking for sauces and a bag to put my food in because we couldn’t eat inside anymore as we were late. They need better training on how to handle the line and customers when they are short staffed. Better yet hire asap! $50 wasted

They closed early tonight for an unknown reason. I'm not even mad about it because this location is always so consistent and workers are friendly. Maybe turn the neon drive-thru open sign off before you go next time so people don't keep trying to come through. Hope everything and everyone are all good.

I love coming to this location just because the food is never just thrown together. I can eat my food without having to worry if there is too much sauce on my sandwich or are my fries too cold? My food is always hot fresh and treated with respect, I highly recommend this for a quick bite!!!

Most underrated restaurant!! Omg the whopper I had was amazing! It tasted like you grilled it at home and filled it w fresh toppings. Soo good and fries nice and hot. Service at the window was great too. She was very friendly. Would go back to this location if I lived closer.

My qualification is why they didn't want to sell to me because I didn't have a car and I wanted to buy at the self-service, this happened at night when the store is closed, I was staying at the hotel across the street and I didn't have a car for reasons of my trip and when I went to buy they didn't want to sell me because only the self-service service is in operation, but what idiots, first restaurant in my life that doesn't sell to me because I don't have a car in the self-service, I think it's stupid, I will definitely never return to buy in that restaurant and make sure no one buys because of that stupidity. I think my money is valid whether or not I have a car to buy at self-service, and I think it is not necessary to request a home delivery service, when I can make the purchase myself,

Today I was craving a Whopper and I headed to Burger King on 84th in Kent WA and the truth is that the service was terrible and the food was awful, raw fries and I ordered my burger with little sauce and they gave me something exaggerated, I have had other bad experiences in this location.

Food was terrible, 15 dollars for their 'chicken' sandwich combo is atrocious. The quality of the meat and ingredients gets a 0/10. The onion rings were cold and the sauce I requested was not received 0/10. I used the drive through service was fine. I honestly don't know how any burger king is still in business
