Maxwell was absolutely amazing she worked fast being they were short staffed and complimented the other ladies she was working with...now ROBIN the manager was totally rude and unprofessional Maxwell asked if he could help and he blatantly told her know that he was on break when there was a lobby full of customers in front of everybody I think this behavior is totally unacceptable and he definitely does not need to be in a management position I vote Maxwell for store manager..

My order was taken by on shift manager, ordered 2 items off value menu. Manager asked if I wanted a meal, I said no and that I wanted 2 items from value menu. He then charged me full price and argued with me.
I feel like I was ripped off! And miss treated!

I came a little late around 10:10pm on November 1st to discover there was only 2 people operating the entire store. Unfortunately, I got there when only one person was operating cuz the other was on the mandatory lunch break. The solo bro was able to handle the massive line so swiftly, but it's a bummer to see that there wouldn't be more peeps handling the service. The solo bro had a chill vibe too.

Whatever you do don’t use uber eats for an order thru here. I ordered a corporate order for 150 dollars worth. We got 35 dollar receipt and food. Re ordered it again and had the exact same issue come thru. Didn’t receive the right food or anything. They don’t answer the phone. And god let alone uber eats has a way of contacting them easily.

So disappointed in this restaurant. The biggest failure of a franchise I have ever witnessed. I purchased two honey mustard tortilla chicken wraps and I was shocked at how terrible they were. Dry cracked tortilla cheese was terrible and hard even the chicken I gave to my dog when I arrived home. Service was even worse, tall younger male that was so annoyed by some thing from his co worker that he messed up my order twice. I asked for a cup of ice, not the little Dixie cup he tried to shove at me but a normal size cup. He charged me $3.95 for a cup of ice I kid you not. At this point I should have just walked out. All I am trying to say is don’t even waste your time going to this place no matter how hungry you are.

I got my absolute worst customer service in all my years in the western world today at this location. The customer service was so bad that the safety of the food that I bought from them came to my mind, but I had to push the thoughts away and focus on eating because I was so helpless and hungry. The staff was so intimidating with her body language and words that her response was 'whatever' when I wanted to ask a simple question. I was asked three times if my food was take away in such an intimidating way that I was just looking in belief. No wonder they have such a low rating. And of course, the store was almost empty when we went there on a Sunday evening, and that should have been a red flag. Unfortunately there is no minus rating that's why I am giving them a one for their customer service
