I got my absolute worst customer service in all my years in the western world today at this location. The customer service was so bad that the safety of the food that I bought from them came to my mind, but I had to push the thoughts away and focus on eating because I was so helpless and hungry. The staff was so intimidating with her body language and words that her response was 'whatever' when I wanted to ask a simple question. I was asked three times if my food was take away in such an intimidating way that I was just looking in belief. No wonder they have such a low rating. And of course, the store was almost empty when we went there on a Sunday evening, and that should have been a red flag. Unfortunately there is no minus rating that's why I am giving them a one for their customer service

I came in here for breakfast with my family girl name Max she working at the front counter when we enter the store she smile excellent customer service she is very helpful all I can say she's the best

We ordered French Toast sticks and it it without syrup, I came back and asked for it; She replied with unpleasant tone : We are out of it! sorry . I asked her why didn’t you mention when we order , I would order something else instead , She said I forgot - Sorry and turned around went to the back .
I have been getting bad service from this place last year, and give it another try. But seriously, Burger King should work on their customers services issue.
Even good food and you have bad feeling- ruin your meal anyway. So no more chance for this place.

Waited almost 10 mins at the order screen before the cashier finally took my order. The drive thru cashier that took my order was not friendly at all. When I ask for my receipt she looked very inconvenienced.... Not to mention the fact that she gave me the wrong receipt in the end anyway And I'm not even sure how that happens when I was the last person that paid so idk how she managed to screw that up. Spent over $60 on dinner and it wasn't even very much food, and all the food was just slap together super messy. The churro fries that were super expensive had absolutely no cinnamon sugar on them at all so they were just fried bread and tasted disgusting. However I had such an unpleasant experience I didn't even want to go back to make them fix it. I don't plan on going to that Burger King anytime soon, if ever again.

Came here yesterday and seems they had a lot of callouts because there were only two people there. I’ve been in the hospitality industry many years so I get it but to be rude and yell at customers is unacceptable. We stopped in on the way to an appointment and was late due to the workers arguing and yelling at each other behind the line. Our food was not good at all! She then got mad when asking for sauces and a bag to put my food in because we couldn’t eat inside anymore as we were late. They need better training on how to handle the line and customers when they are short staffed. Better yet hire asap! $50 wasted
