Ordered my food online, I customized my burger and didn't get any of the of the customized orders correct. I also ordered a unsweetened tea and got a sweet one. I also ordered zesty sauce and didn't get any at all. When I called to let them know what happened no one picked up, I called 4 times and no answer. Horrible.

Had some coupons so I went to this BK for the first time. I went inside since it’s awkward to describe the coupon in the drive-thru. The peolle working were super quick and my whopper tasted amazing. Hadn’t had one in years but it definitely hit the spot.

Last time I use the drive thru. Normally I go into the lobby, check my order and leave happy. I can't believe I actually paid for 3 fricking jalapenos!

Drive thru worker carried on her personal conversation with her friend for several min after food was given making me and 5 others wait for ower turn. When it up to her I see the manager behind her hearing my complaint and doing nothing about the employees complete disregard for customers.

Just ate here.The service was fast enough and the walkers were actually pretty good ( some locations don't know how to get it right.This one seems to get it right) experience would have been better if not for the transient guy addicted to illegal substances loitering at one of the guest tables
