The food was good as usual. The cashier had a hard time understanding my questions. The restaurant was dirty - all of the tables needed to be wiped down and cleaned.

They gave me the wrong receipt I can in to tell them that they gave my chance wrong and I saw that there switch receipts and then telling me I'm wrong like no I was not wrong I'll never coming back to this location again bad customer service

Fries are severely undercooked and the bacon on my sandwich was as well, just go to the McDonald's up the road and save yourself a terrible meal....
They need to get the old lady off the counter, she doesn't fully speak English and always messes my order up. And today she told me there was no manager I could speak to when there was yet another problem.

This is now the third time I have gone through the drive-through, gotten charged for what I wanted, and then given something I didn't order that would have been cheaper than what I ordered.
My expectations were already low but damn. If you are going to give me something I didn't really want at least don't steal my money as well.

Went through the drive thru with someone so they could grab a quick bite. The customer service was great! I haven't had fast food in awhile and I see why. False advertising. The American cheddar melt was not like he described. I took one bite and threw it away. I must admit the fries were yummy.
