My first time at Cafe Rio in Kent. Food is good flour tortillas very good. This coming from a Mexican. Bad thing though, they were out of Pico de Gallo, out of Salsa fresca, out of guacamole. Those are the foundations of Mexican food, not to mention tacos. My opinion is that customer should be told before ordering that they are out of those very important ingredients.
