I had a job interview with the general manager at Chipotle on March 6th, 2025, and everything went really well. I was told my application was approved, and they would work on fitting me into the schedule. I was supposed to be contacted by Saturday, March 8th.

Days passed, and I never heard from them.

I followed up on Monday and spoke with the assistant manager, who had no idea about my application. They said they would check with the general manager and get back to me—but never did.

When I followed up again today, I was told that they had already hired two other employees but were still “trying to fit me in” and that I wouldn’t be able to start training until next month.

Then, just a few hours later, I received an email stating that the positions had been filled. It also said that after consideration, they decided to pursue other candidates whose qualifications “more closely align with the requirements of the position.”

It’s clear to me why this happened—I am deaf. Instead of being honest from the start, they strung me along, hired hearing employees over me, and then sent a generic rejection email after the fact. This is blatant discrimination, and no one should have to experience it.

If you care about diversity and inclusivity, I urge you to consider this before applying or supporting this location.

Can’t find myself giving more than a half star review. I find that they’ll have someone ring people up and go back and finish making bowls or burritos- that’s fine to help with the line but I’ve noticed they will keep their nasty glove on the whole time while handling food and after handling money. It amazes me every time they do that. You would think they would atleast take the glove off- Change gloves or wash their hands but they don’t. They’ll wrap your burrito up and cash you out with the same gloves. That’s what’s concerning

Yeah it was kinda ok so I got a side of guacamole a medium chips...the chips were way way too salty and they were stale and salty chips they need to pull back on the salt..but they were kind enough fresh batch of chips and provide a refund for the chips but the guacamole was a little salty too I think they need...

I just went there and she got me and my boyfriend’s order COMPLETELY wrong and charged us extra for stuff we didn’t even ask for. Had an attitude with us and the food was burnt. The last time we went there was a guy working there with blond hair and he did an amazing job so we had high expectations but this just didn’t go well. They didn’t even know what they put in our food and were very disorganized.

Inside of the store was dirty, had to ask to clean the table. Food and garbage everywhere. Nobody liked their food in my group. Everybody just had some and threw it away. All of the tables and floors had garbage and spillage on it.

Hey all,

I recently took a visit to the Chipotle located in Kent Station. I placed an order to be picked up at 9:50pm. I had arrived at 10:00pm (10 minutes later than my requsted time). Upon arrival I noticed they were decently busy. The app said to approach the order pickup rack and find my name, however there was no rack to be found. I then walked to the front of the line where other order pickup customers were standing. I understand that in-person orders have priority, so I stood around waiting for 10 minutes. I check my app again and it says that my order is ready for pickup so I try to approach a worker, however each one avoids eye contact or completely disregards me. At one point all the workers went to the back laughing and left one poor guy up front doing everything by himself. After saying "excuse me" a couple times, I recieved the attention of one of the workers. I ask about my order and she explains that it says "ready for pickup" because they pushed it through in the back. Sounds to me like they just wanted their numbers to look good. After another 20 minutes of watching people in person get served I finally get my order. I did not recieve my order until 10:30, almost an hour from when I had originally placed it. Entitlement is not the message I want to portray in this review. Its more focused on the fact that you have online orders open with plenty of people on hand.What is preventing one out of the many to step aside and fulfill online orders? Every other Chipotle or place with food services are capable of this so there really shouldnt be any excuse for that. Not only that, but you're pushing the orders through to make it look like its ready when its not. Not once in my life have I been upset enough to feel the need to write a review, but this was genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced PERIOD. Congratulations on being my first. Safe to say that will be the last time I ever step foot in this location. Should've known with it being in Kent

These guys are a joke. I would not advise anyone to go to this chipotle. They are very unprofessional and rude. Just for your fyi DO NOT COME IN AFTER 9PM THEY STOP MAKING FOOD AND START CLOSING WHEN THEB CLOSE AT 11PM. The cooked refused to cook any more meat because he had already shut down. I ordered delivery and my order was completed on the app but I never got my food nor heard from a delivery person. I am now out $21, half an hour of work time from having to communicate with Chipotle about it, and still hungry! Don't bother using a service you can't trust to deliver.
