I had a really bad experience today 14 Dec 2025 at 6:30 pm Sunday in this location at Chipotle!
STAY AWAY from that place. Girl who is working there doesn’t know what she is doing and what amount to put. I don’t mind to pay for double portion BUT THAT WAS NOT double at all. She left me very little amount of Avocado like small table spoon I kindly ask would add a little bit more( Course again size of avocado always Chipotle offers extra it’s NOT small spoon it must be table spoon ) Than guy at checkout asked me to pay double. I left food at check out and did not even eat there. I wish they could train better personal for amount of portions food they offer. Also all other staff she was put on plate was very small fr usual amount at Chipotle. I think for kid 6 years old it would work perfectly. WHAT A JOKE?!!
Never had so horrible experience at any Chipotle at any states.

I had an unacceptable experience at this Chipotle around 6:45 PM on Sunday (11/23). I was the only customer in the restaurant, yet the employee helping me was impatient, dismissive, and rushed me through my order for no reason.
I clearly asked for my child’s food to be prepared with the rice and chicken separated so they wouldn’t touch. This is a simple request, but the employee refused to do it and then proceeded to mix the food anyway, even after I explained it was for my son. Their attitude and unwillingness to provide basic customer service were completely unprofessional.
There is no excuse for that kind of behavior—especially when the restaurant is empty. This visit was extremely disappointing, and the lack of respect shown by this employee needs to be addressed.

I got the carne asada tacos, and they tasted terrible i would rather spend my money on food that doesn't taste like spiceless rubber food I would rather just go to burrito, california, where their stuff is authentic and way cheaper too

Crean and Mikayla at the Chipotle Grill in Kent Station deserve major recognition. Every time I come in, they’re fast, efficient, and always on top of things—even when the line is out the door. Mikayla especially works at lightning speed, and Crean keeps everything moving smoothly while still being friendly. They both go above and beyond, and honestly, they deserve a big fat raise for the way they keep this place running. Best service I’ve had at any Chipotle!

I ordered my bowl lunch and they put a sour cream with out my preference which I dont eat. And there is no any way to explain that and report online or on call even. you will be forced to choose from the options they have on the online robot which is not helpful to explain the case.

Charged me twice for my food. Paid for my meal, they said the payment didn’t go through, then made me pay again. Both charges appeared on my card, and they didn’t offer me any solution other than to “go dispute with your bank”.
