Can’t find myself giving more than a half star review. I find that they’ll have someone ring people up and go back and finish making bowls or burritos- that’s fine to help with the line but I’ve noticed they will keep their nasty glove on the whole time while handling food and after handling money. It amazes me every time they do that. You would think they would atleast take the glove off- Change gloves or wash their hands but they don’t. They’ll wrap your burrito...

The restaurant opened where Arby's used to be in Covington. It was busy but the line went pretty quickly. I liked that the pricing was the same for whatever protein you chose. Enjoyed my meal and will be back!

In general I love chipotle but this one is always a disappointment. Avoid if you can. The staff are always nice but this place is always loud, messy, and super slow. The app said my order was ready but then I got there and waited a literal 15 minutes for the order. I could have gone through the line like 5 times in that time frame. If I could have cancelled the order I would have. I get that they’re busy in the back but don’t tell us the order is ready when it’s going to...
