This place is a disaster! Staff is rude and does not like being asked for help. The scribble photos were down the multiple hours we were here and I asked them to add more paper which they didn’t. They sold me a salad after 20 minutes of waiting to order and there was no salad at the bar. I’ve been waiting on the food for over 30 minutes now. Every table is very dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting

The new chuck e cheese is a money scam. 12 dollars per kid to jump in a little box is ridiculous. The app no longer has deals like before. Most games were not in service when we went. 120 dollars for an hour of games and food is ridiculous and over priced.

As with all these places you spend a fortune for your kids to play games, which is what it's about. But the prizes could be just a little better. Of course anyone who's been to a birthday party here the food is incredibly over priced and terrible.

If you want to wait in a long line to get food or anything this is the place to come.can’t tell if the staff wanted to be there ,waited for almost a hour in line to get a jump pass I was told it was closing at 8:30 ,8:00pm comes around and a unhappy staff starts telling the kids to get out the jumping area I asked why since it was 30 minutes before and they had just made a announcement that it’s closing down at 8:30 rudely she ignored me try to talk to a manager but he was no where to be seen worse place I say to make the drive to another location cause this one is not it

I recently went to a bday party here and have to say it was very fun! I noticed a couple of new games and jumpy area which i thought it was great! The only problem i had was they changed 12 per child which i thought was ridiculous especially if you paid for a big party Another thing i noticed was that after paying for the jumpy area they had it locked up unless someone was watching but no one seem to be around and i had to go ask someone to open so my kids can play in it. if kids wanted to jump around a parent had to go ask to get help Smh. ..Price is too high and the jumpy area should Always be opened with an attendant at all times Especially if they are charging alot per kid.
This is a nice place to take your kids for a day of fun. My son who is 6 was invited to a party here and had a great time and so did his 2 year old sister.

Horrible do not order the ultimate package I paid almost 400 and they where out of gift bags the tote pizzas where not a large and they didn't even discount still made me pay full price for everything I would not recommend again for any birthdays. Plus the managers are so overwhelmed they just yell at the employees... If u have another option other than Chuck e cheese take it!!
