I used to love bringing my kids to this location but since the change of management, this location has went downhill. It's always dirty, from the tables, games and the bathrooms. I either have to ask someone to clean a table for me or I clean it myself. I really feel like the blonde lady that took over for manager doesn't care about the location just her paycheck. She is not very friendly. I guess I will just have to start going to the Tacoma location.

I have been coming here for years, the last couple of years I have been coming here faithfully because of the staff. But now that the Manager Shawn has been transferred this location has went DOWNHILL FAST!! The new manager isn't friendly at all and that makes no sense if your working at a place for kids. I ordered a pizza and chicken, the place wasn't that busy so after 30 minutes of waiting, I went to ask about my food. The manager looked at me, asked me what I ordered and told me it was in the back like I was supposed to know. The beeper never went off and by the time I grabbed my food that they said just got set out there, it wasn't even warm anymore. No one apologized about the mixup, I swear customer service isn't a thing anymore. I have a membership but I don't know if I will keep it. Customer service is a big thing to me.

Didn't have our table ready when we showed up to our birthday party reservation. It was at 8 we didn't get seated 30 after. We bought the party package and she never got to do the raffle thingy and we never got 2 pizzas that was suppose to be free then made us pay for the utensils which wZ suppose to be free also 45 min before closing I had to ask a worker about chucked doing get birthday show and they didn't even know about the party package we bought so we never had a host or anything. I mean she had fun. But I was so disappointed with the staff and lack of professionalism or awareness
