My wife and kids went with her sisters and their kids today to this Chuck E Cheese. My wife had a few 1 dollar bills that she wanted to use, and the gentleman that works there asked my wife if she worked in the service industry. I'm not going to say what that means, but what I will say is. If you're married to a man that works at the Kent Church E Cheese... I'm sorry for you.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Chuck E. Cheese location. From the moment my sister and I walked in, We both wear hijabs, and it was painfully obvious that we were being targeted and mocked for it. Five of the employees—including one named Naomi—were laughing, whispering, and staring at us the entire time we were there.
At one point, I had trouble scanning my barcode and instead of offering help like any decent staff should, they stood off to the side laughing and making fun of me. It was humiliating and clearly racially motivated. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and hurtful.
Chuck E. Cheese is supposed to be a fun, family-friendly place, but we left feeling disrespected, alienated, and deeply upset. Racism and discrimination should never be tolerated anywhere, especially not in a place meant for children and families. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff immediately.
Until then, I will never return—and I will be warning others in my community about our experience

We recently celebrated a birthday party in Chuck E cheese, and we requested that the food be ready by the time that we got there. They didn't even have a table set up for us, and the pizza is nasty. The chicken wings taste worse than the frozen chicken wings from any store. And besides that, they're so expensive. We paid almost $300 for 3 pizzas, small cake, small order of chicken wings, and a couple of salads. I wouldn't recommend this place.

My kiddo just had his birthday party here over the weekend and it was a huge hit! The staff were so incredibly patient and kind, not to mention outstandingly organized! They had our food orders ready to go right on the dot, they made sure everyone was having a wonderful time, and went out of their way to make the whole birthday party process as smooth and relaxing as a kids birthday party can be. Chuck E also made an appearance and was wonderful posing for photos, and knowing which kiddos needed space, or a high five, or a chance to dance. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. The staff really should be congratulated! They are truly amazing!
The pizzas were also great and the kids loved the dip n dots. They had lots of different beverage choices as well.
The restaurant was also really, really clean and we noticed staff frequently wiping down games and tables.
I can't recommend the Kent Chuck E' Cheese highly enough! Its amazing and we will definitely be back!
I just had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and it was great. Rian the GM made our experience truly wonderful and went above and beyond. We have been coming to this location on and off for the past year with fun passes and the staff has all stayed the same which is great to see. I’m always seeing workers cleaning and checking machines. We went one day and one of the games wasn’t working and when we came back the next day, it was fixed. I’ve never seen a machine down for more than one day. The birthday package is super affordable, especially if you buy Costco gift cards (which say they can’t be used for parties FYI) to help make the pizza purchase more affordable bc the pizza is a little pricey. We had a great experience and will be back a lot in the next 3 months with our fun pass.

After they switched everything electronically, it's really not cool anymore, the atmosphere is not there. they took away all those Chuck E animatronics, and replaced with a TV, they took away the paper prize tickets, and they issue the tickets to the card, and you can only earn like few tickets each game. Their prize items are not attractive. We played few games and left. It doesn't feel like the chuck e cheese we used to know, there is no excitement when we went in after the changes.

Absolutely the worst Chuckie cheese in the country. Games used to be 1 token you could bring a child here spend $20 and let them have fun now the price is doubled and the games are worse,the woman working the front check in has the greeting manor of Genghis Khan I lost a ring I asked two different people both of them just blew me off got a guy picking his nose and eating it behind the salad bar. I spoke with management he basically said it's out of his hands unprofessional disgusting the gm needs to be fired if he is running the place this way.

Ive thrown multiple birthday parties at this location. Staff is friendly and nice. Location is clean and games always work. This location is on the smaller size and gives a quaint family center feel. We also have the membership now. Looking forward to visiting more often.
