My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.

We decided to stop by cold stone for a sweet treat, but my friend has a SEVERE dairy allergy and wasn’t planning on getting anything. Our server, Dom was super helpful and explained that they had sorbet in the back and explained he would be glad to get samples for her from the back, untouched, would wash his hands before doing that to prevent any cross contamination. He let her look at the allergen book to make sure the flavors were indeed dairy free. Dom was amazing and served us with such kindness, was so helpful, and made a beautiful experience that my friend was able to enjoy. We are so thankful and would highly recommend this location for your ice cream experience.

Dom helped us at the Kent Station store and he was terrific. Very attentive and actually interested in what he was doing which made the experience more fun.

A very welcoming team and good atmosphere, Charlie (i think was her name) was extremely helpful and showed her recommendations. Churro flavor was indeed great!

I recently visited Cold Stone at Kent Station with my family, who were visiting from California. After lunch, the kids wanted ice cream, so we stopped in. We were next in line when I politely asked the employee behind the counter if they offered any sugar-free options.
Instead of providing a simple answer or suggesting an alternative, the employee laughed directly in my face. His reaction was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. Regardless of whether such options are available, basic courtesy and respect should always be part of customer service.
Additionally, I was concerned about the employee's hygiene. His hair appeared unkempt and dirty, and his beard was not covered by any sort of net, even though he was handling and serving food. This raises serious questions about cleanliness and food safety at this location.
I hope management addresses both the lack of professionalism and the hygiene concerns. As a paying customer, I expect better.

After hitting up 5 different Coldstones for the choco tacos we finally landed 10 miles away from our original destination to the Kent Coldstone. Jeremy understood his call to arms and was able to hold the last 6 choco tacos for me and my happy family. Jeremy was helpful and considerate and we ended up happy with our 6 choco tacos. Thank you Jeremy for making this trip well worth it!

I ordered an oreo ice cream sandwich and it was very good! It was actually cookies! This was my first time in Cold Stone and the server was very helpful. She was so nice and her eye-lashes were on point. Wow!
Very mediocre Ice Cream at best. I guess smashing it on a cold rock with toppings is supposed to justify the ridiculous pricing. Thumbs down

Hair in my ice cream and the workers just made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be their they kept staring at me , the ice cream was good the hair just threw me off and worker could have acted professional one bit did tho tall

We have purposely kept in our refrigerator Touchstone's one gallon of "Organic whole Milk" four MONTHS. REAL Milk would have soured long before. Obviously, Touchstone is putting in their milk phony additives, or preseveratives that SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY Milk. WE will NO LONGER purchase any products from "Touchstone."
