We have purposely kept in our refrigerator Touchstone's one gallon of "Organic whole Milk" four MONTHS. REAL Milk would have soured long before. Obviously, Touchstone is putting in their milk phony additives, or preseveratives that SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY Milk. WE will NO LONGER purchase any products from "Touchstone."

There was a really cheery guy working there!!! He was super sigma and super w rizz. It was like he was the anlpha in ohio snd he controls all the betas. He was joyful, spirited, and an absolute delight! He made our experience life changing. When I walked out the shop I felt like a changed man, thanks for the experience,I would come back for him!

Went to this location on Monday 4/22 around 12am-1pm. A male employee serviced us and made us feel uncomfortable. It didn't seem like he wanted us there and asked what do we want. His attitude just wasn't there. Food is good but the service was unwelcoming. I'm surprised this cold stone is still in business. It was good when it opened but now it's just a place to feel rushed to get ice cream where the employees don't guide u, help u, ask u nicely. Know what u want because it seems like they are impatient to get their shift over with.

I would give 0 if I could. Horrible service. I placed an order on app. They didnt have the order ready when I got there on time. They didnt even know order existed until I showed my email. They filled my order wrong. I ordered love it and they gave me like it size in a love it cup. Amelia was the one that did my order. She said something to the other girl in her ear to tell me the right weight so I would walk off. She was very rude. I went to this place all the time so I knew the correct size. This time they cheated me out of my money and I dont think I will go to this location ever again. They lost my business. Be careful everyone

I would give 0 if I could. Horrible service. I placed an order on app. They didnt have the order ready when I got there on time. They didnt even know order existed until I showed my email. They filled my order wrong. I ordered love it and they gave me like it size in a love it cup. Amelia was the one that did my order. She said something to the other girl in her ear to tell me the right weight so I would walk off. She was very rude. I went to this place all the time so I knew the correct size.
