Excellent customer service and the barista had a beautiful, grayscale worked sleeve on her left arm. As for the coffee? The coffee beans were a bit, over roasted? Over brewed? Burnt? (Something along those lines anyhow).That said, the drinks were otherwise made to perfection (largest, sugar free, iced mochas + extra shot) and relatively affordable unlike the typical coffee stands I've frequented in Seattle.

I have been to this place few times after Always served by Barista Heather. Besides being an awesome batista she also brews the coffee exactly the way I like. She has a good sense of customer service skills...They use one of the best quality coffee beans.
