We waited outside for the store to open. The employee saw us. Didn’t come out until 10 mins after open time to tell us they were opening late. Issues happen, but it would have been nice to have a heads up/sign on the door.

We read about this place so made a special trip to give it a try. The store had dirty windows and floors, and there was no seating. The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. I was excited to try the soft-serve, but we were both disappointed. We tried the mango and the chocolate. Both mostly tasted just "sweet" without much flavor. They looked pretty but we both ended up throwing them away. These were $7 each.

Nice place, customer service and vibe, but not enough distinction between flavors like vanilla, chocolate and Nutella. Did a swirl and couldn't taste a difference. More bang for your buck and Menchies. The to go lid is hard to get off because you can barely grab the lower cup and it's flimsy. Extra charge for oreo cookies but it's just a light sprinkle not chunks.
Delicious soft serve. My husband & I enjoyed the different options. And you can try samples too! Price is worth it, especially considering the quality of the soft serve & versatile toppings. They also have fresh waffle cones, in different flavors (birthday cake & red velvet, to name a few.) They have new ice cream flavors every month! Come try 'em out.
