McKenzie made me smile today! I came in early for a nice cup of joe after a horrible night(long story), and she sensed something was off and ask me how I was doing..we had a conversation that morning and she made my whole day so much better with her smile and great coffee! Thanks McKenzie.

Love the ladies here! Know my order when I walk in the door. Never a disappointment on the coffee or sausage breakfast sandwich.

I really dig this place. The service they provide with a great attitude is why I have recently became a return customer. Kenzie served my drinks offered a drink carrier (which most places you have to ask). Then she made some jokes and it always feels good to laugh. Thanks again. Oh yea psssst, they have good coffee too.

Cutters Point has great coffee. I go here when I'm tired of Starbucks' which has a more convenient location for me, but not as good coffee experience. If you like cold coffee the frappes are great, not too sweet.

Why have a delivery option if you’re always going to cancel the order?
The food and coffee is lovely and most of the employees are really sweet and obviously doing their best, but there's a massive issue with people being harassed by employees in the restroom. On friday around 1:30, I was in the bathroom for maybe five minutes after walking in and had three separate employees knocking on the door and threatening to call the police. I'm disabled and can take a bit
longer in the restroom and it was quite scary. I was accused of doing drugs and left quickly afterwards. Very unfortunate experience to have at a cafe I've been going to for years :( I understand that it's a rough area but they were very aggressive and unkind, and it's left a bad taste in my mouth regarding the staff there, at least for now.

Ordered the bacon breakfast sandwich, it was overheated/overcooked. Ordered the coffee toffee crunch frappe, no toffee crunch. Really disappointed.

I've been coming here for a few years. I can say with confidence this places USED to be the best coffee place in this area. Now it's just garbage. The coffee is good when they can keep employees around long enough to care about making it. This place is completely incapable of handling g online orders also. They should stop taking Doordash orders all together. Just but the raw beans from Fred Myers. A bag of their coffee is half the price than in their coffee houses. Shame this place sucks now.

Work on customer service. No napkins offered. They asked if I wanted my scone heated up it wasn't. One person took my order at drive up speaker, different person at window. I had to repeat my order at window . Work on consistency. Breakfast sandwiches are good.

The low review is ONLY for the coffee everything else was nice.
The coffee was so so strong and bitter I could not drink it. It was a supposed to be a Carmel macchiato but it tasted like straight black strong coffee.
Very rude baristas
