I got two gross microwaved burgers when I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. The problem was its was unnaturally hot inside too. The ketchup, and veggies were hot, the bread was hot to the touch, even the paper wrap was hot. The paper would not be hot unless it was sitting in a warmer for hours or microwaved. Both unacceptable...The bun was very hot and spongy like it had just been microwaved. Are your employees microwaving old burgers? My suspicion started because the order was ready very quickly and I did not see anyone preparing my burgers. I have never had a burger with hot condiments. Even the pickle was hot. Why would the entire burger be this hot without being microwaved. I threw the burgers out as they made me sick the stomach. Burgers should not be microwaved...
I also want to mention the work was vaping outside and came in quickly when I showed up. I didn't see her wash her hands. This is gross, your employee should not be smoking or vaping outside. They should be in the store when I arrive.
Very bad experience at this DQ I will not be coming back

The worst establishment of this company
So I don’t want to bring any bad rep on Dairy Queen but I came to this location on Sunday with my family and my 11 year old son who has a peanut allergy ordered a orange and cream milkshake and by the time he was finished drinking it he found a chocolate morsel at the end of his shake. I panicked and tasted it and it tasted like the chocolate from the outer part of a Reese’s peanut butter cup. His throat began to feel scratchy and he had a stomach ache for the rest of that night. I thank God he didn’t go into anaphylaxis. Please be careful how you prepare your drinks, I know you’re an allergen present restaurant but a piece of chocolate has no place in an orange creamsicle shake.
Worst customer service.. and food is nasty
WOW great place to eat and enjoy a time out with family and friends 😀

This restaurant is full of workers who don't know how to do their job properly. The store is a disaster and wait times are insane. I waited inside the lobby for a burger and fries for over 30 minutes as the cookies going back and forth between the microwave and probably the floor. Try to avoid this dairy Queen if possible. And don't even try to think about the idea of customer service. I don't think they know what it means

Restaurantji Recommends
If I could have given no stars, I would have.
Hands down the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. TERRIBLE customer service and wait times beyond getting into a Michelin star restaurant. Such a shame with the staff treatment towards customers.

There were 5 or 6 people waiting for there food. They all had the same order no#. Waiting at least 20 minutes for a blizzard. The kid brought it out and said, blizzard, no flavor or nothing. Some other guys waiting for there food got wrong stuff. Staff very unfriendly
Act like they hate there job. No smiles or thank you. The outside line was very long. Someone needs retrain the workers on how to work with customers. No motivation at all to get through the customers. Need some more training with these workers.

Good ice cream and service but so expensive
I want to give some praise to a couple of good employees. It was a busy day and it seemed as if some people were either new employees or new at a certain task. A young man named Nathan apologized that he was new at the register and needed some help from a young lady. He kept his cool and was polite in what was probably an awkward situation for him. When he was not needed there, he immediately went to wash tables. When he came back, he noticed I was still there and checked on my order. The young lady had to handle an unhappy group of customers who were complaining about the wait. She also kept her composure and was kind. I know it was a rough day, but these young people were giving it their all. Teens who show up, try their best, and do it with politeness deserve praise.

They made my food quick. A little too quick. The quality is no longer there on the food side of things! I wasted $51 (including delivery) on chicken strips, fries, texas toast, onion rings, cheeseburger, and onion rings. Chicken strips were too salty, barely any fries in the basket, and I got texas bread instead of texas toast. Soft and salty. The onion rings were burnt and the cheeseburger was the only good thing that was made right, but of course it was really small. Used to come here all of the time throughout the decades and this was very disappointing...
