Me and my girlfriend went to this location to grab blizzards and when we pulled in it was dark in the parking lot and I almost thought it was closed. when we got our blizzards mine was half melted and my girlfriends was the wrong one and had the wrong ingredients . Also I'm pretty sure we got over charged for the 2 large blizzards which came up to about to about 17 dollars.

Everytime I come here which isn't often, the food is awful. We got fries that seemed to have been sitting out for hours the onion rings were burnt the buns were rubber like they were microwaved. Never going back to this location and I wouldn't recommend you wasting your money here. $46 and we didn't even eat the food. Poorly managed location and employees.
I waited in the front lobby to place an order in the evening and was never greeted despite staff members making eye contact. Save yourself time and do not do business at this location.

This location does not take fault and will blame the customer. My Uber eats driver arrived to get my order but was told it was already picked up and refused to do anything about it. They had the driver can me too tell me it was picked up and they can't do anything. It is the restaurant who has internal issue/processes checking orders of those who are picking them up. Not Uber or the customer's fault. Got them to then not claim fault and make it right is crazy! Beware when ordering here... you may not get it if someone steals it.

gravy for Chicken Strip Basket was filled up not even halfway, and the Choco Brownie Extreme BLIZZARD® Treat wasnt mixed at all. the bottom of it was vanilla with nothing in it. insanely disappointmenting when i needed a pick-me-up after an awful day.

Generally love DQ. 4 corners DQ is great! 45 minute wait at this location for 1 blizzard and 1 shake, both came out as vanilla (not what was ordered) so the whole wait was pointless. Additionally, the desserts went untouched because I didn’t see a single pair of gloves on anyone the entire time watching. Genuinely don’t know how the owner is making money 🤷♂️
