I used to celebrate my birthday here and recommended many people here. It used to be good. Now I came back, the rice is chowder wet. I waited for new rice, the newly cooked rice is also wet. The egg on bimbipap is fully cook. It's very bad, sadly. Seems like they changed the cook.

Love this place. My favorite korean bbq . Very close to my house
This was the 1st time we went here, it is outrageously expensive and we went during lunchtime and they told us oh we are charging dinner prices it's noon really and then will that be OK, sure until we saw the prices .

The meat quality was fine, but everything else was extremely disappointing.
Our entire table had to share one small grill, which made cooking painfully slow. Everyone was hungry and spent most of the night waiting instead of eating. For a Korean BBQ restaurant, this is unacceptable.
On a Sunday night, the whole restaurant was being run by only two servers. As a result, service was chaotic. All the side dishes ran out early, and even though we were told they would be refilled, nothing arrived even after two hours.
Basic service only happened if we stopped a server and asked directly, and even then it felt like you had to hope they wouldn’t forget. This was clearly a management issue, not the servers’ fault.
Decent meat cannot make up for poor organization and lack of service. I would not come back

The bulgogi is good and I like that the atmosphere is quite spacious and the seats are comfortable. I didn't like how the server was pressuring me, as in coming back three times and asking repeatedly, if I wanted to add on a specific entree when I already said no. No means no.

I usually get the bulgogi and soups. They do have Korean style BBQ stations. My mom loves this place. The service is excellent.
Great food, was accommodating for me being a vegetarian. Friends of mine had the AYCE and I got the bibimbap without meat. Had a great time and our server was fantastic!

We cone here at least 1x a month and get 4-6 dine in entrees. Everything from soft tofu soup to the potato salad banchan, all is 10/10. Thier japchai is really good, we always have it next day for lunch.

Food was good as always, yes we frequent this place often with my family. My daughter and I decided to eat here with family visiting abroad, walked in with many tables seen open. We waited a good 10 minutes while they took time to set up the tables with 2-3 other couples waiting, no urgency but Ashleigh I believe is her name was somewhat straight face as if she was too busy to even acknowledge us waiting. When table was finally ready, she uttered to ask, ‘not sure who was here first’ - clear sign of not being aware of Guests waiting and acknowledgment. Sadly, this made our experience uncomfortable yet we wanted to enjoy the food. We will spend our money elsewhere, there are other BBQ places around that we can spend our money on.
