Buyer beware! I hope you never have a problem here because you'll be sent to a ring around the Rosie of ai chatbots who do absolutely nothing to help remedy the problem. Constantly rotating staff creates lack of trained personnel who all don't care. Expect long wait times.

⭐ 1 star – Absolutely unacceptable experience

I just ordered a pizza from Domino’s and was shocked to find a piece of cardboard baked inside the crust. Yes — actual cardboard, hidden under the cheese and dough. I nearly ate it without realizing.

This is not just careless — it’s a serious health hazard. What if a child had eaten that? The quality control here is clearly nonexistent.

You can see everything in the photos I attached — the pizza, the bones from the wings, and the cardboard baked right into the crust. Completely disgusting.

I demand a full refund for whole order.
Domino’s, please take this seriously. No one should ever have to deal with something like this from a food chain.

We ordered 10 pizzas online a head of time for a work event, and the pizzas took almost 2 hours to make. Never had this issue at Papa Johns, definitely not ordering from here again.

Pay no attention to the bad reviews some people are just so inpatient with food workers they are trying their best clearly it’s under new management I’ve been coming here for years theses employees deserve a raise the store is always clean food always good keep up the amazing work guys !!!!

I have had nothing but the worst experiences with this Domino’s I can tell you that because I just placed an order today and it was saying quality check for over 20 minutes we called wondering what was up and the manager Damien said “oh the delivery driver left and forgot to mark they left.” But the delivery driver looked at me and told me they had just left a few minutes previous. So my pizza was either left out and or messed up.

Last time I ordered from these guys pretty much the same thing happened but the delivery driver called my husband said he left the pizza on the porch after them saying they had already delivered it to the wrong house!! Then the driver parked and angrily started getting out of his car like he was going to fight my husband!! I was outside watching this whole this happen trying to figure out where the hell my pizza was. Horrible place do not go here.

Oh and Joe the general manager was worthless and creating more excuses on what happened. Excuses, excuses, excuses. That’s all they have no answers.

I just tried their Stuff Crust Garlic Parmesan Pizza! I got pineapple extra cheese!!!

I usually get P.J stuffed crust but this is my new favorite 🤩 I highly recommend trying the stuffed crust. You won't regret it!

The crew, manager, and delivery drivers are great. Pay no mind to the low reviews. These people work hard, make great pizza, and go above and beyond. They all deserve a raise for the grind they put in. Delivery times are accurate, and the one time it wasn’t the manager himself called and I got a free pizza for the 15minute delay. I don’t mind waiting, the pizza arrived hot! Thank you all for showing up and working hard!
