Food is great, service is okay, but what really holds this place back in my opinion is location and presentation. A business should manage every aspect including the outside/building. It just looks rundown and landscape is overgrown, there doesn't seem to be much pride in my opinion.

Had been a long time since trying this place before thought I would give it another try disappointing. Service was good. Food was average. When they first opened that location product quality was better and cleanliness.

Accidentally placed a future order online on this Thanksgiving night. (Like an hour in the future) I meant to place my order for the Tacoma location but placed at Kent. (I know my fault) I called not even 1 min after placing the order and they said “sorry order is ready”- I placed for an order in an hour so I hope it’s not ready. Anyway, spoke to two people who were both very nice. The man told me to call the Tacoma location which I did multiple times with no answer. I called Kent back and told him there was no answer. He said he would call but they close in 10 min so I should drive to that location. No way I’d get to the location in ten minutes- I asked if he would just refund my money but he insisted on calling Tacoma himself- so here I am on Thanksgiving night- no refund, no answers and no tacos. Happy Thanksgiving to me.
Edit: called about my refund that I didn’t see in my account. Called and spoke to manager who said he’d look into it- stated it was refunded so I said I’d call and speak to my bank. Look at my transactions today and the same day/ time I talked to them a transaction for the same amount was deducted from my account. So I’ve paid $32 for food I never got.

I hate customer service. To whoever is taking the orders in the cash register please stop putting your hands in the drinking cups you are serving. Really nasty and disgusting behavior. Food was ok. But I can’t eat in peace without mean mugging at me. This business is for failure as a customer service and professionalism. As food service.

I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and they were delicious. They have hash browns built into the burrito which I felt was a very nice addition. I ordered through the drive through and the gentleman who I ordered from had excellent customer service and was very friendly. He main issue I had was I literally sat for 15 minutes at the drive through while I waited for my food, which in my opinion is an insane amount of time for just two breakfast burritos with nothing else to go with it. Other than that, I would order from here again.
