I went in yesterday bought two smoothies and 5 one protein bars peanut butter cup, it tasted kind of funny so I looked at the packaging found the exp day under the wrapper fold every bar is expired. That would explain what I thought was mold on the inside. Probably won't be back.

Ok so let me break this down for all my fellow smoothie junkies. My wife and I just went to the Meeker street Emerald city smoothie and paid 20 bucks plus tip for 2 smoothies (that we've been drinking for 10 + years) and noticed they were warm and frothy so we went in and asked if they could blend in some ice or make a normal cold one and long story short we got nothing but accusations that we were making this story up, or trying to get a free drink or whatever so we ended up throwing both drinks away.....DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

The girls working there are really nice but the smoothies are not consistent, they taste different/less flavorful from other locations.

I use to live in Kent I went here for years different staff it was great . Yesterday I had the worst experience I bought a smoothie left started drinking it and when I went to drink more something was stuck in my straw I thought it was a blueberry so I kept trying to drink it hoping it would pass come to find out when I open my drink it was something that looked like a rock or a piece broke off from the blender thankfully I caught it could’ve choked I called back to inform them they said I’d get a refund no refund I took it the federal way location because there both owned by the same person to show proof I wasn’t lying they ended up making me another smoothie I think I’m done with smoothies at emerald city for now .
I typically go to the twin lakes location as it closer to home although on Saturday I was in the Kent area went to go grab my builder shake and was so happy with how the young lady made my drink. She was so sweet and polite. I felt like she valued my request for extra peanut butter and was happy to help. I will be sure to show my support here again! Thank you!!

I had one of the BEST protein smoothies I’ve ever tasted at Emerald City Smoothie! I believe the associate who helped me was named Bridget, and she was amazing!! super friendly, knowledgeable, and made my drink perfectly. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing. The smoothie was fresh, creamy, and exactly what I needed post-workout. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Kent!!

Sometimes the drinks are amazing and sometimes they don’t taste like what I ordered at all. Personally feel like they need to train all the people equally so that the smoothies come out equally.

The smoothies here are really not the same as other locations. It tastes like they use a lot of ice. Even after they remade it, I could hardly taste the ingredients. I recommend the Federal Way location. I have always had great luck there. I am not happy with the cost of this smoothie and how little taste it had. Plus, when I mentioned for the second time that it was still not good, they wouldn't do anything. Go elsewhere and get your money's worth.
