The young woman with the big eyelashes who worked 10/29 around 17:50 gave me the most watered down PB n J I've ever had at any ECS. I even called this branch and she wouldn't or couldn't answer the phone.

I stopped by this location and immediately noticed the difference between this location and others. The employee was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and focused. Everything you hope for in a customer service experience. She handled multiple customers at once, answered questions without rushing anyone, and still made each person feel valued.
The atmosphere was calm, the service was genuine, and the smoothie was excellent. This location represents the brand’s purpose perfectly and I’ll gladly return.

Who ever opened today wasn’t paying attention to what was ordered. I asked for a vanilla Lean Out 32oz and ended up getting a strawberry and then what I asked if it was vanilla she said no you said strawberry (which I didn’t). Then she asked if I wanted it in a 32oz (which I did). I’m not sure what was going on this morning but the store was not busy (as I’ve seen it before). Somewhat irritated as this is a store I like to regularly come to when I’m working in the sector.
Sadly the drink doesn’t even taste like a Lean Out, taste like water an almond milk and no peanut butter. I strongly believe she made yet again the wrong drink. It’s very frustrating as I like to come to Emerald city smoothies for a quick breakfast as majority of my time is on the road. Sadly it’s not something I can just go back and return especially after taking a sip.
Very disappointed for this store as usually they are pretty awesome

A smoothie is a smoothie. I wanted to give a shout out to the young person working the lunch rush today (Tuesday, 5/13/25) SOLO. They were jobbing it and handled my order with such care and attention. When I arrived the line was manageable and I did check with them first before I ordered my four smoothies. They assured me is was all right so I went ahead and gave them my order with just a couple of substitutions. They made all four correctly, labeled every smoothie, and even the card charges were correct. After they finished my order the line was practically out the door. This young person was outstanding and did an amazing job! Just wanted to make sure they were recognized. They have very long brown hair; wasn't sure on name, wanted to make sure they got their acknowledgement as they were spectacular! ☺️

Their smoothies are the best authentic you will find ever. The staff is great and very friendly. They even have low carb smoothie, an ideal for people who are on restricted / keto diet. Flavour- low carb strawberry, sugar free syrup, unsweetened almond butter and splash of unsweetened almond milk. Must stop by and try their delicious favours.

The girls who work here are the sweetest and my smoothie ALWAYS tastes good. Some emeralds can be hit and miss on whose making them but they never get it wrong. It can get pretty busy but the girls who work here always maintain calm and get it handled with a smile! I come in a couple times a week! 5 stars :)
