Today I was blown away by this location’s customer service. I went in for a drumstick, it was going to be a 20minute wait because of the rush. My baby was nearing nap time, so I understood and said nevermind. My parents made an order and we waited for about 5 minutes. When we got in the car, we checked the order and found that he added a drumstick for me. As a tired mom with a fussy toddler, this gesture brought me to tears. Thank you Ezell’s for always going above and beyond! And of course it was delicious too!!

I've been eating at Ezells since the day they opened.. I usually visit 3 or 4 xs a week.. I luv chicken when it's done Right... N they do it right... large mashed potatoes too.. gotta have extra gravey
