Ordered food for pick up on 1/15/26 and had to call back to adjust the time. The friendliest and courteous man who answered the phone assured me all was well. The chicken was hot, juicy and tender, rolls were delicious and sides of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes tasted like Moms. We will be back soon. We want to support a locally owned company.

This was the first time I ate Ezell's Chicken .This chicken had NO flavor or Seasoning. Beautiful looking but NO FLAVOR. THIS was the first and LAST TIME I EATING Ezell's Chicken.

Today I was blown away by this location’s customer service. I went in for a drumstick, it was going to be a 20minute wait because of the rush. My baby was nearing nap time, so I understood and said nevermind. My parents made an order and we waited for about 5 minutes. When we got in the car, we checked the order and found that he added a drumstick for me. As a tired mom with a fussy toddler, this gesture brought me to tears. Thank you Ezell’s for always going above and beyond! And of course it was delicious too!!
