Today I was blown away by this location’s customer service. I went in for a drumstick, it was going to be a 20minute wait because of the rush. My baby was nearing nap time, so I understood and said nevermind. My parents made an order and we waited for about 5 minutes. When we got in the car, we checked the order and found that he added a drumstick for me. As a tired mom with a fussy toddler, this gesture brought me to tears. Thank you Ezell’s for always going above and beyond!...

Amazing! Whoever is cooking the chicken at 4:30pm on 1/2/25 is absolutely on point. Best chicken I've had from this location in a while. I hope this person is recognized for doing a fantastic job. Thank you!
