I was surprised to learn that fire tacos has a truck in Kent as I just moved to this location. I ordered four cheese tacos and was extremely impressed at the customer service. The person who worked there was quite polite and we chatted about my experience at the Alki location. I love the color of the shells as they are a bright red and different from other tacos. The only thing I would change is the meat needs more seasoning. Other than that it was quite delicious and I'm glad to have this as an addition to the neighborhood.

The presentation of the food and drink looked good. The food was horrible and the fact I spent 38 dollars was NOT worth it. Will not be going back. The staff was friendly, but the food just wasn’t appetizing. (Food truck)

The flavors are there and the service is friendly. I gave 3 stars because I felt that even though the food was good, it was all one note...the same. I got the firebox but it was the same thing just in a slightly different form each time (with cheese, without cheese, crispy, soft, etc.).

I don't usually have an opinion on Mexican food, because quite frankly, I can't tell the difference from restaurant to restaurant. However, this food truck makes amazing, Mexican food. The tortillas are freshly made, and they have a good variety of items. Beef, chicken, pork, goat, lamb. What I found amazing was the spices weren't what you normally find in Mexican food. It wasn't exorbitantly hot, and most of the heat came from cilantro, which they provide generously. It was so good that I went back to the next day. Highly recommend this place.

I saw this place on TikTok so I originally came just for the cool cocktails but the food?! UNREAL! It was so authentic, everything we had was soooo yummy and the drinks and vibes made me question why am I not in Mexico right now? I highly recommend coming by, you won't regret it!! The QuesaTaco's with Beef Birria wre good, but not exceptional. I have heard great reviews from friends and co-workers, so I gave it a go. I work two blocks away and stopped on the way back to my office. The menu says that the Quesa tacos are $3.50 each and the consume an extra $2 plus tax. (10.1%) I did the math in my head and was surprised when he asked for $15.55. I was paying cash, so should not have been charged a card fee like it says on the menu. Over charged $1.79 and I left a dollar tip. (unless that what the bag, napkin and spoon cost) By this time, a line was forming and it wasn't worth it to complain and hold everyone up.Decent food, but make sure the young man taking your order does his math right.

Food was okay, got the firebox and the tacos were kind of dry. The consome wasn't super flavorful, I'm used to seeing a more red, more chile flavor and full of spices. It really just tasted like broth, so maybe it's a personal preference. Went on a Sunday at 4 pm and unfortunately they just ran out of pork which was a little disappointing. The food took about 10-15 min and that was with 2 or 3 orders ahead, so not too bad. I appreciate the time and care they take to plastic wrap the consome for the ride home. The staff was nice, not too much interaction to be honest. The location is right by the train tracks and boy can that train be loud. Not super pleasant but also doesn't really last a long time so it's really just something to note, not hold it against them. To note, they prefer CASH. There is a 3% surcharge for card users and a 3% discount for cash.
