Every time we get invited to an event here, we feel hesitated to even come. The food quality is horrendous! Why are there large chunks of ginger in everything?! Why is the butter chicken’s and malai kofte’s curry so thin? Not only that, they’re notorious for their freezer burned ice cream which they serve every event. How are you still burning ice cream when you have so many events in which you serve ice cream each time? The ras malai has no flavor or essence. It’s just rough sponge balls floating in whipped cream. They have no variety when it comes to catering to their clients and they always give minimal efforts. With how the food looks every time, you can tell they reuse the left overs for the next event. I can assure you, as soon as you get home your stomach will start hurting. Please improve your service because this is not reputable.

UPDATE:
The way you responded is clear you don't know how to take constructive criticism and advice. This is extremely unprofessional and horrible for someone who's trying to run a business and is insulting his potential clients. All you could've done was analyzed and positively responded with a difference in your food quality yet instead you attack your customers instead of self evaluation. You called me a loser but act like the real loser with how you're so hurt about a constructive review. Matter of fact, you're saying this is a irrelevant fake review, then how would you explain all of the other one star reviews? Are you going to call them all fake reviews too because the reviews are speaking for themselves on the trash quality you're giving us. You said we're broke for coming, nobody is coming for your food trust me. There's something called human decency for you to show up to an event you're invited to, AND we pay way more to the host then you charge them for plate so let's get that false accusation cleared. You couldn't pay me 1 million to come eat at your establishment. If you did use saffron and elachi powder as garnish that doesn't make my statement any less true, you're still burning your ice cream and that's a fact. Look at all of the other event halls and restaurants around yours and let me know who else has so many terrible reviews like yours does. Great job on such a immature and childish approach at something you could've used as advice and applied it to help your business thrive. Seems like you like to have the reputation of freezer items. #kenteventcenterbetter

Really excellent lunch buffet. When I came in everything was well stocked and tasted amazing and fresh. I think my favorite was the saag paneer and gulab jamun for dessert. I would highly recommend checking out this place if you’re looking for great variety and tasty food!

I called to inquire about their buffet, but the guy didn't know how to speak english. He couldn't understand a word I was saying. If they treat me like this on call, I wonder how their service will be... not gonna go to eat.

I normally DoorDash from this place, I’ve been inside once. It’s very small but ambient and the food is so so good. Like the best I’ve had. I mean I’ve only had the butter chicken, but I’ve tried other places and this one just does it the best. I’m not sure how good the price is compared to other places but im willing to pay whatever. 10/10 from Kaylia.

I came to this restaurant for the first time and after seeing it, I selected to eat chaat papadi but when the chaat papadi came, that too after waiting for 15 minutes, it seemed so useless to me. Leave it alone. It has no taste and the papadi is also of no use. It smells like old and is a waste of money. Don't order it. I give you a suggestion. And the service was also not good. The guy there understands nothing. I suggest you to not go there

This was one of the worst buffet experiences I’ve ever had. Nearly every item tasted like it came straight out of the freezer – reheated, bland, and soggy. Absolutely no fresh options, and the variety was pathetic. I expected at least a few decent choices, but everything from the appetizers to the desserts was low-quality and clearly pre-packaged. No Biryani / sea food options . Lassi was provided only after multiple asks .

Nothing stood out except how disappointing it was. The food looked unappetizing and tasted even worse. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Save your time and money

We went around 5:45 pm Sunday evening, the afternoon food was left in it, everything was saggy, few trays are completely empty and overall the taste is not so great may be because of afternoon food reheated. Totally waste of time and money, unnecessarily came all the way from Redmond

Worst restaurant. Ordered through DoorDash . Ordered tandoori prawns . Got some cheap frozen prawns cooked like some Asian dish . Not thing like the description or what tandoori prawns should be. Chicken tikka masala tasted like tomato juice . Stay away from this place

FINALLY!! This city with so many Indian restaurants fianlly got a buffet. I have been waiting for this since JD dropped baby in 08'. I have been to many Indian restaurant in the area but this is one of the ones. TOP 3 forssure! I was very excited for the buffet and it did not disappoint. The food options were great. There were like 4-5 different drink options including mango lassi! The pakora were crispy and fresh. The butter chicken was the highlight of my night. The nan was naning. The dessert was also very good. I recommend the gulab jamun. Will be taking my mom there this time.

I went to try their new buffet that just started. I was very surprised for the quality of food, the service and the ambiance of the restaurant. The variety of drinks itself is worth the price of the buffet. The food was also phenomenal. The flavors were authentic. I could come eat there every week.
