DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Horrible service went in for lunch sat for almost 20mins for menus or even a " i will be with you in a moment" and nothing mind you the place had maybe 3 other customers pretty sad!! So we left and went to Drafts Choice and had an Amazing meal and time!!!!!

My first & last time to ever order from Gonzo's bar & grill! Yeah the food delivery was fast but me & my son was really excited & happy to eat the food cause it looked so good on the menu but what a disappointment it was! I requested 2extre tartar sauce and some grilled onions and there was nothing! The fish was hard, the garlic fries was overloaded with garlic and the hamburger was awful! The bun was hard, tomatoe was not roped, and the lettuce was too much might as well be a salad in the burger! Everything was just awful.

Two words....Bad Piggy! Order it! It is worth every bit of it's price. We love to go here to play pool, listen to comedy, play trivia...great place, great staff! And did I mention the Bad Piggy?!?

When I arrived the first waitress took over 10 minutes to take my order. She was preoccupied working just half of the counter two people that arrived after I did got served before me. The food that I ordered was okay except for the Thai chicken wrap very little chicken and the presentation was sloppy. To he waitress did not offer any napkins or utensils with my food. I had to go behind the counter to serve myself for the utensils and napkins. The only reason that they're getting two stars instead of one star is the second waitress that started about 4:30 she gave me and my guest the appropriate attention that is required. The first waitress needs to take lessons from the second waitress. I have been to gonzos many times but I would have to say I might have to look at another bar in the future.

The owner is incredibly hostile. Heavyset, bald, bearded, angry man. My friends and I have come for years as well all grew up in the area and when everyone's together, that where we went. I expect when someone makes a mistake in an establishment (such as my friend who left a drink on the pool table) to be approached respectfully and corrected. Instead, this person came up aggressive and cursing about how the whole place isn't "a f****ing coaster" and threatened to take the drink. I was pretty shocked as we were in the corner by ourselves and have never been approached for any reason before, much less be verbally assaulted by the assumed owner. If you wanna have a good time, I would suggest the Clubhouse. This is genuinely hard to admit because I adore the staff, but the owner is way too aggressive to not lose loyal customers over his absolute abhorrent attitude and ability to communicate.

Even if you order take out, they want a 10% gratuity for the cook.. Also want almost 4% increase for using a credit card... If I would have known I was being charged more, than I would have gone somewhere else! They also took FOREVER to make the food... WHY would I give them a 10% tip when they took forever & a day to make the food?!

Its quite a wide variety of people that come here. There are dart boards, pool tables, a dj and a dance floor! good drinks and happy bartenders.

Service was a little slow not a lot of gluten-free options but I did find a couple. seems like a pleasant place. I would return reasonably priced. Food came out quickly and tasted awesome I went with the pork tacos.

Cool bar, really big and open design. They have a bunch of dart boards and a couple of pool tables. Food and drink are fairly priced. Ordered a chicken wrap to go, it was pretty good.
