Normally love gravity but this location the girls were very obviously not friendly, neither girls smiled a single time. I was a barista for 2 years and it’s really not hard to be friendly but the coffee was burnt and almost sour, wild it was $17 before tip for 2 drinks for the quality of the service

I used to stop by this Gravity Coffee location occasionally, and most employees were polite and professional. That’s no longer the case. The woman who helped me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills.
That single interaction was enough for me to stop coming here. Management seriously needs to rethink their hiring process and make sure employees are properly trained before working with customers. Completely unacceptable experience.😡😡😡

Why do these coffee places not have the one thing your supposed to have, DRIP COFFEE. Nobody whats your watered down americanos. And I cant even get matcha drink, this place sucks bad

I decided to visit Gravity Coffee
this morning. This was my second time giving Gravity a try, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a drink I’d never tried before and specifically asked the barista for her opinion based on sweetness and flavor. She recommended a drink, so I trusted her suggestion. When I tasted it, it was unpleasant, so I politely let her know and asked if I could exchange it for something else.

Her response was, “Okay, no worries, but I’ll have to charge you again.” When I asked why the drink couldn’t simply be swapped out, she told me it wasn’t their problem, it was mine, and that it wasn’t their fault. No alternative solutions were offered no adjustments to the drink, no options to make it better, nothing.

I found this incredibly frustrating. I have never heard of a coffee shop charging a customer again just to replace a drink they genuinely didn’t like especially one recommended by staff. The lack of customer service, flexibility, and basic courtesy was very disappointing.

Gravity Coffee should really reconsider their approach to customer satisfaction. At this point, I don’t plan on returning.

Struggling to find a good coffee in Seattle, this was good coffee, great service, nice people and good milkshakes for the kids

One observation the bubble tea things were incredibly sweet, too sweet even for the kids.

I love this Gravity stand, the baristas are all so friendly and nice. They put care into your beverages to make sure you get it exactly how you want it. I also always appreciate the friendly chats while you're waiting as well 😊

I went here yesterday wednesday august 13th at 3:01 pm and the two ladies working at that time had terrible customer service. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. On my recipet it says the lady’s name at the window was Leya N. It’s a shame that the ladies working feel comfortable treating their customers so terrible.
