Today, I went to purchase a smoothie for takeout and asked the staff member if they accepted Apple Pay. She confirmed that they did and proceeded to take my phone. I tried to explain that I needed to use Face ID to authorize the payment, but before I could finish, she abruptly pushed me away and said “no, no.” I found her behavior to be both rude and unprofessional, especially given that I was simply trying to complete my payment properly.

Dude, I ordered a chicken banh mi to go, I come pick it up and go home and there’s ants coming out of the sandwich when I opened it up. Disgusting 🤮 I called the place back up and they don’t know a lick of English besides the BS they pull. I said I want my money back, there’s bugs in my sandwich, she hung up on me! I’m reporting this establishment! Watch out people, don’t get sick from here!

I have no clue why this place has a good rating. Take it from a well-seasoned foodie: this place is not worth it. First of all, don't trust ANY online menu for this place. I called in and ordered something that apparently didn't exist on their menu anymore, if ever, and because the lady could barely speak English, none of this got translated. What I did get, was not authentic or even good. Boring steamed rice-- would be much better with broken rice-- and my fried egg did not even have a runny yolk, most Vietnamese places make it runny by default. The meat was bleh. I am 100% disappointed and should have just walked out as soon as I realized they didn't, couldn't, give me what I had wanted and "ordered."

This pho place is legit. Best that I've been to in a while. Broth is on point. Big servings. Egg rolls and spring rolls are made fresh. Jack fruit smoothie made with real jackfruit. All while listening to Asian instrumental remixes of popular American songs. This is my go to pho joint in Kent. Ps. I have been to them all.
Vegetarian options: They have rice and noodles and veggies. Isn't that what vegetarian food is?
Ordered Large bowl of Pho with the rare steak, well done brisket and meatballs. Soup came out scorching hot like it should be. Veggies to add were fresh. Meat was good. Broth was flavorful and noodles were good as well. Also ordered pot stickers. They were fried perfectly and tasted good. Older lady came out to talk and was very nice.

No atmosphere, and really warm inside. I will say the pho is decent, spring rolls are always expensive for what they are, good peanut sauce. Not happy that I have to buy a container for food I already paid for. It encourages people to leave food behind and it's such a waste in this economy.
