I got the strawberry matcha fresh milk and was disappointed. In terms of strawberry jam, might be one of my least favorite, it was very stringy and pretty sweet. The matcha itself was okay.

The bubble tea and snacks such as the cuttlefish balls here are really tasty! There’s a good hint of spice to them. Finished it within a minute! Highly recommend Boba Tea Lab!

Ordered brown sugar milk tea smoothie and the strawberry taro smoothie. The taro one tasted like puke, and the brown sugar tasted like regular plain black tea with milk, with boba and some brown sugar stuck to the bottom. Both plastic lids weren't sealed and started leaking when shaken. Worst boba I've ever had. Gross and tasteless.

Decent milk tea. Got the classic milk tea. Tea flavor is present, but not amazing. Boba was a little overly mushy, but mostly ok. The 25% sweet was a good level.

Classic milk tea is a great hit. Recently move to the area, my go-to boba drink is oolong milktea but they don't have it here so I give this a try. It is good! The drink does not look so appealing from the picture/poster they have (look a little watery) but it was creamy as I wish . This will be my go-to boba spot from now on. Ordered 25% sugar but it tasted quite sweet, since the boba is already sweet, will try the drink with 0 sugar next time and see. Popcorn chicken was ok, not very special. Can't comment on the service since I ordered delivery.

My drink was pretty tasty. Husband enjoyed his as well. Definitely recommend.

I came for the popcorn chicken and now I’m addicted! You can order a small or large size with the level of spiciness you want. I also ordered a StrawberryMe smoothie with boba and it was yummy.Customer service was excellent! The lady prepared my order fairly quickly. I will be back again and again!

It is located in a big shopping mall with many other competing milktea/ fruit tea Asian drinks! But I would say the options are quite special and the snacks (popcorn chicken, cuttlefish ball) are good compliments. Only a few choices can be made hot though. I believe cold drink would be a lot better. Haven’t tried other bubble tea shops so I can’t comment others!
