I love this teriyaki place. It is by far the best around and I’ve been to plenty of teriyaki restaurants. The food is always good and consistent. Same goes for the service. It’s very quick and the owner is great. My favorite thing is the teriyaki sauce which is made in house according to the owner. Will definitely be coming back for more delicious teriyaki.

I genuinely love this place. I don't think there's a better teriyaki spot in Kent to go to for lunch. I've tried 3 other spots and none of them come to be as good as this place. The price and the wait is well worth it and you can taste the quality and difference in what they make. if you're in a rush then it's good to plan ahead. I personally always get the orange chicken and fried rice, the chicken comes out perfectly crispy everytime and the rice fluffy and plentiful

Ok so my husband and I are just really amazed and impressed and very satisfied with Ichi's dine in or take out! I've sent three different people to order the chicken teriyaki n rice oh and not on purpose either however each time they are friendly kind n should courtesy. The food is always nicely grilled n has an awesome taste.

I just have to say that even though Uber delivered somebody else's order, I was very impressed with this place. I placed my mongolian beef order and I am a sauce freak so asked for extra, extra. I received a call from who I would assume was either the owner, manager or cook, explaining how they make the dish from scratch and that would do their best to accommodate my request. When I called them to let them know I received someone else's order, the gentleman on the phone was truly upset that I didn't receive the dish he had made special for me. I am a cook as well so I completely understand that. Needless to say, I ended up eating the incorrect order and although it was stuff I would never have the guts to order on my own, holy cow. Amazing and I can't wait to go back and try something else I would never order in a million years before this experience. Update: I received a call bak. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? I am truly blown away by the level of service and strive for perfection from this business. Although nothing was their fault, he actually asked if he could comp. my next meal. Very refreshing in our crazy, mixed up world. On a side note.....I even got a tutorial on how to prepare the food brought to me in error.

I ordered chicken wings. They were good but very plain. they had no ranch or other sauce to offer with the chicken. The service wasnt the Best either. The guy Got upset just because i wanted wings only. Smh! He told me to go to a bigger franchise if that is what i wanted. SMh.
