Chakirah made our New Years Eve girls day meal Perfect! She thought of everything before I had to even ask! Napkins, condiments and even decorated my daughter’s hot cocoa special! As Im also a server of 15 years…she’s amazing! Give this woman a raise and keep her around. Thank you so much for a great meal and memory w my daughter!

went to this IHOP location to have breakfast with my guest which has came from Brazil, before entering I have promised him that he will going to have such a wonderful experience.
But unfortunately there was a waitress that she refused to give me her name was rude and unprofessional which I will never and ever go to this location.
We stood for more than 7min to give us a seat which literally all seats were empty, and the lady was going back and ford just to show her that she is busy, when I asked her please give us a seat she gave me and my guest an attitude and finally we got our decision to leave without having our breakfast there.

I come in with my rambunctious kids about once a month. Usually the staff 'puts up with them'. they won't do anything especially crazy but they are loud and boisterous and there are 4 of them aged 6mos to 9 years. Tonight though the waitress was very attentive and genuinely nice. Didn't make us feel like we were a bother and didn't avoid us unless we needed something like past visits. We usually have the run of the place as it's never busy Wednesday nights. That's kinda why we come as we don't want to disturb other customers or give workers grief when it's busy. I don't recall the name of our server tonight but she's pretty with dark hair. Pretty sure she was the only wait staff for the night. Was nice to my kids and mom. Thank you for that. Will be coming back and hope it's her next time.

The food order was incorrect, and food came out late. The French toast was chewy. The rest was okay. The food is better at tukwila and better at seatac.

I have always loved IHOP since I lived in Texas, Florida, now here I. Seattle. Favorite place to go. I miss creaps with crem. Cottage cheese
came in and was seated but no one came to take orders but did another table that came in after us

Each time I’ve ordered food to go from here, I’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes past the pick up time to get the food. Whoever runs the online orders for the restaurant needs to be let go. I’d give negative stars if it were possible. Do better.
