Me and my Gf had a great time at this locally owned IHOP. They put much more effort into the food than the other Ihops I have been to. We are happy to come again.

The wife and went for a late Sunday evening date. I had pancakes on my mind. When we walked in the door, I noticed they have pumpkin spice pancakes. So I ordered a breakfast with pumpkin spice pancakes 🥞 😋. My Sweetheart ordered a vegan healthy meal with a stack of pumpkin spice pancakes 🥞 👍👍 everything was D OO LICIOUS. Great atmosphere. Our server was very kind and polite. Great spontaneous date.

This IHOP has the best service of any restaurant anywhere near this price range. We had 3 different people check on us to see if we needed anything, including the manager who got us waters after we were already served. They are super busy but are doing amazingly well. The food is good too.
