Not enough cheese for nacho fries. Proves too high. I miss 59cent tacos. With 4 bucks me and my friend could eat. Wither 59 vent and 69 cent or McDonald's cause they had same burgers and chz burgers.

This Jack in the Box is your typical fast-food restaurant, offering quick service and familiar menu items. I stopped by around 8 PM on a Thursday night after my son’s baseball practice, looking for a quick and easy dinner. Surprisingly, there were no other cars in the drive-thru line—either we had great timing, or this location isn’t particularly busy in the evenings. It did make me wonder if there was a reason for the lack of customers, but I decided to give it a fair shot.
We placed a simple order: a three-piece chicken strips meal with seasoned curly fries for my son and a Sourdough Jack for myself. The employee taking our order was polite, professional, and friendly, which was a nice touch. When we pulled up to the window to pay, we were greeted warmly, and our order was confirmed before payment was processed. The interaction felt efficient but also pleasant, which is always appreciated at a fast-food establishment.
Within about two minutes, our food was handed to us, fresh and exactly as we had ordered. The chicken strips and fries were hot and crispy, and my Sourdough Jack was well-made with the right balance of ingredients. The service was fast and efficient, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.
While nothing about this visit stood out as extraordinary, it was a solid fast-food experience. The staff was courteous, the food was prepared quickly, and the order was accurate. I’d give this location 4 stars.

The staff in here were super friendly, especially for seattle where people often tend to be less outgoing in my experience. The folks in here were friendly, funny and made me leave with a smile on my face. Food was awful, but like honestly I'd almost go back for the smiles.

Great if u need food at odd hours during the night they have a lengthy menu with lots of options from burgers to salads.they even have egg rolls and teriyaki .my favorite is their loaded tiny tacos and their chicken strips. It's at the bottom of Kent so the neighborhood is pretty sketchy especially late at night . there is always homeless people begging in the drive thru so I try not to go unless I can buy someone begging a sandwich too. I choose to feed the homeless instead of treating them badly or seeing them as an inconvenience,I'm only telling people this so they can be prepared for the situation is all and hopefully trigger them to do the same and buy someone a sandwich or a hot coffee . Never think it can't happen to you . If it was your kid out there you would hope someone would feed them too. We don't know what others are going through. Please be kind.

Ordered there 5 piece chicken strips and it was undercooked and chewy by the time I started to eat them I was too far away to return.

I'm very upset I'm going to call the health department because people can get sick for what they are serving you are an employee do your job right if not don't work how would you like it if I feed this food to you and made you sick ?i will never order from this location and i will be calling health department in the morning

I usually order on the Jack in the box app before heading over there to grab a bite after work once in a while. So far, the service hasn’t let me down in terms of getting my order right away. The staff is friendly. The food is alright (I would see it as a food to help you get sober). My own negative review would be the shady guy near the restaurant but that’s probably just Kent in general. I recommend just getting the food when the coupons are available or just get the sourdough Jack and curly fries (My number one choice).
