Last night was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES of ALL MY 44 years of life… First off, we don’t normally go to Jack In The Box, so it was a rare occasion for us. Upon ordering the door through the window, we were greeted with a rushed manor, and apparently our order was longer than others… naturally because we don’t normally get Jack In The Box… When we got to the window, I was greeted by a heavyset gentleman with brown hair and glasses. He seemed very annoyed with me, and had a “smartass demeanor” about his responses. I ended up getting curious about a sauce called “good good sauce,” and asked this gentleman working the drive thru window what the deal was with it, and his response was “I dunno… I never had it.” And I then replied with “Does anyone here know about it?” His response was “I dunno.” At this point, I was imagining what his neck would feel like around my hands…
What the hell is wrong with this guy!?!?
This will be the LAST TIME I ever go to this restaurant chain, and spend my money on THIS kind of treatment!!! I am BEYOND disgusted!

I have never in my life been told that a large water cost 4.19 but a small water is free...food was stale at 10 am with no customers in the restaurant or drive thru.

Stopped at this location this morning guy at the window does not understand english well and took me 10 min in line still didn't get my food because he didnt understand that I only wanted the #24 combo meal...he kept ringing up #21...whhhy!!!??

Awful. Order was wrong, twice. Food was almost inedible. Counter person was completely unconcerned that there were people doing drugs by their dumpsters. Leaving a rating on the Jacksurvey.com site was impossible. Skip the Jack on Rainer in Renton. You'll be happier elsewhere.

I have never eaten a lot of fast food, but it's becoming apparent that it's just not worth it anymore. The cost keeps going up, but the quality either stays the same or gets worse. $7 for a breakfast sandwich that cost half that a few years ago just doesn't make any sense. On rare occasions when we can't agree on what to eat and we're in a hurry we come here, otherwise we've stopped eating fast food.

Quick service, not bad burgers, but french fries were terrible.
Wow!!! The Hispanic male at the front window was beyond sassy and mean. He told me not to interrupt him, while he was sitting there having a conversation with an employee with the window cracked its 54 degrees outside my food is sitting there getting cold then I asked him “is that my food” with the money out ready to pay.. he said “no it’s not your food you pay then it’s your food” like ok Mr. Attitude. This overall experience made my food taste nasty. One of my favorite back in the box meals ruined over a nasty person who clearly has no customer skills whatsoever and does not like his job. The lady in the back who I believe is the manager just let him treat the customer this way. Appetite ruined. Thanks!
