I ordered the grilled chicken fajita bowl. The drive thru was empty. I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food and while I must say it was very good it would have been better if it was complete. It was supposed to have black beans and corn on it which were missing. For $10 for about 1/2 cup of chicken and some rice it should have everything on it.

We waited over 25 minutes in the drive through when I started second in line at 9pm, and then the line got so long behind us - we were trapped and had to stay even though we didn't want to because the guy didn't even come on the speaker to take the order for the first 15 minutes we were there waiting (not even exaggerating)

Apparently they let people just WALK thru the drive thru to be serviced. My understanding is that’s a safety violation but Armando thinks it’s fine to serve them

Strong food. Allergy and specifically said no cheese or mayo but yet slathered on. Ordered sauced and loaded wedges they gave me wedges with cheese and ranch only! Bad service!!
Top notch burger joint. Big straws for thick shakes. Definitely worth it to me.

I haven't been to Jack in the Box in a long time. So I was sorta looking forward to it. Burger was good, but the fries were 5 out of 10, and you have to pay for sauce 😒 It was very pricey. We could have gone to a nicer place for the money 💰

Crispy chicken wrap was a very hard piece of chicken. Couldn't bite it, so threw it away. Stuffed jalapeños were delicious. Drive thru intercom was very hard to understand. Scratchy sounds coming through it.
