The staff are very friendly and accommodating. When I got an incomplete burger in drive thru one day, the next day they gave me my two burgers for free.

Strong food. Allergy and specifically said no cheese or mayo but yet slathered on. Ordered sauced and loaded wedges they gave me wedges with cheese and ranch only! Bad service!!

I haven't been to Jack in the Box in a long time. So I was sorta looking forward to it. Burger was good, but the fries were 5 out of 10, and you have to pay for sauce 😒 It was very pricey. We could have gone to a nicer place for the money 💰

Crispy chicken wrap was a very hard piece of chicken. Couldn't bite it, so threw it away. Stuffed jalapeños were delicious. Drive thru intercom was very hard to understand. Scratchy sounds coming through it.
My lovely GF and her Aunt went to grab jack in the box. Keep in mind only 2.5 miles away from the house. Food was cold 🥶 the over priced burger was old, the tacos were saturated if not soaking in oil. Everything was very disappointing. Unlike olympia or lacey where everything is actually made FRESH. Also they put stickers on which tacos have no cheese. Where this location doesn't.

Food isn't bad, but this place never seems to have enough staff to run it effectively. The wait times are long, even when it is not busy. I feel bad for them and hesitate giving a bad review because I don't think the actual people there have much choice in what reaources their corporate overlords provide.
