I haven't been to Jack in the Box in a long time. So I was sorta looking forward to it. Burger was good, but the fries were 5 out of 10, and you have to pay for sauce 😒 It was very pricey. We could have gone to a nicer place for the money 💰

Crispy chicken wrap was a very hard piece of chicken. Couldn't bite it, so threw it away. Stuffed jalapeños were delicious. Drive thru intercom was very hard to understand. Scratchy sounds coming through it.

Good food is not really good service. I don't like their multitasking. Halfway through taking our order, he was taking orders in the drive-through. It's not the cleanest, but ok, and I dont like how u have to ask for a key to use the bathroom, it ok but I think people deserve better
