No greeting, no hello how may I help you today… poor customer service… if I hadn’t ordered my food already I would have walked out… last time I order from here…

I love this place. Except today. There were two people in front of me and a couple people waiting. There were 3 people working and at least one in the back. My order was promptly taken; I ordered a #17 w Jalapeños. They hung my ticket and called it out. I watched them work diligently on all of the orders including the person behind me while my order stayed hanging over the grill with nobody doing anything. Then all but one of the other orders was done and they began to restock. That’s when I took my ticket and gave it back to them at the register and I told them I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes and they had not even started my food so I was going to leave. The reply I got came from the guy working the line and said “ok, sorry.”
Whats up with it?
This was Friday, Dec. 26 at around 3pm.
I was in a time crunch; I’m a high school wrestling coach and had to get to practice and did not get to eat until after 7pm.

Apparently I’m going to have to call someone. Posting a review doesn’t seem to be getting anywhere.

In my opinion Jersey Mikes is the best sub around. Fresh cuts, fresh veggies and good bread, makes for a great sub. I'm going there again today, so go get yours too!

Saw a cockroach walking on the ground as I was leaving. Couldn’t bring myself to eat the sandwich when I got home. Would love to get a refund.

There is a good crew and a bad crew. The bad crew is there waaay too often. They complain about it being busy when there literally only 3 people in line. They waste time by talking to each other and moving very slow. They are rude and mess up the order. When you ask them to fix it they glare at you.

Fun problems for the owner to resolve.
1) staffing shortage
2) cleanliness
3) switching gloves more often to avoid cross contamination
-also for some reason the meat section was closed off with wrapping paper. I don’t know it was a mess like the restaurant was. Sandwiches are good as always but you feel the stress amongst the staff when you’re there because of all the variables.
