- Tall Caucasian guy with curly hair. Just threw sandwiches at me after wrapping them. Didn’t ask if I needed a bag.

I used to love Jersey Mikes, but I haven't been back since I got severe food poisoning in September of 2022. I know it was years ago, but I'm still traumatized from eating here. I was so sick I had to go to the hospital. I can still remember that day while I was waiting in line, the employee came out of the bathroom and started making my sandwich. Then when he was done, he walked back to the bathroom again. And then I ended up deathly ill. Some days I want a sandwich but I just can't do it

Dont order from app or online. Multiple times i came to this location, they wont start until the line died down completely. Waste of time. Just line up for this location

Update: Ashley reached out from Jersey Mike’s and made everything right. I appreciate her willingness to make things better and I’ve always loved Jersey Mikes and look forward to giving them another chance.

Original review: Super busy at night, only 2 employees, the sandwich I ordered wasn’t the sandwich I got, but I felt too bad and had waited too long to say anything. Parking lot was getting worked on too and completely blocked our car In, so after waiting 30 minutes inside to get our sandwiches, had to wait an extra 10 in the parking lot. I felt terrible for the 2 employees having to manage that many customers and that many online orders.

Ordered 3 sandwiches only received 1. Ordered the missing 2 again and they sent only 1 sandwich again

My online order was placed at 938 for a 1015 pick up. Got here at 1015 and she hadn’t even started. Busy prioritizing walk ins. I get it BUT don’t rudely say it’s gonna be a while without even telling me how long it might be. What’s the point of online ordering then.

Bad bread today. Did not order toasted but bread is crunchy. You missed your target today Mike!!!! Tips before my food? Sorry. Don't think so.

I order here all the time though the store app and I would pick up my order often. I ordered two giant sandwiches, one is a Giant Big Kahouna Cheese steak and the other one is a Giant Chipotle Cheese steak. Total amount was about $45.37. The reason why Im writing this review is that I usually get good service here but just last Saturday, the meat for my Chipotle Cheese steak was burned. It was so burned that my son couldnt eat it. So we had to throw it away. I gave him my sandwich instead. We were far from the location already otherwise I would have returned and ask for another sandwich . Why would you still serve a sandwich that its burned? I sent my complaint into the app to customer support and still waiting for a response.

Walked in with a good attitude ready to eat a sandwich and both the big berly male and unfortunately female of color continously stared at my and my sister. Costumer service was very much unprofessional and it was not appropriate nor appreciated. Killed the whole mood thanks to employees at jersey Mike's working on 05/27/2024 @ 6:47pm
