Loved my first visit here at Joe’s Deli. I ordered a Club sandwich with a side of fries and it was top tier! Super delicious and probably the best lunch I’ve had all week. On top of that, the staff was super nice and the shop has a very cozy vibe to it ✨

I used to go to Arby's, but the way they dose there sauce wildly is non edible. Been here twice and I have to say it is worth trying the club wrap. Thank you for the service, which is fast and well prepared. :)

Logistics: I'm not a fan of self-order kiosks (card payment only) but at least this place offers the option of ordering from a human who, presumably, accepts cash. The atmosphere is cozy although the faded outdoor picnic table coverings should have been retired years ago. The restrooms were out of order. Food: I had a grilled meat and cheese sandwich. Greasy, no flavor. A complimentary dill pickle on the side would have been welcome between bites of the overpriced ($12) sandwich. They only provided one napkin for such a messy sandwich. If the prices were reasonable I would give this place another chance but, instead, I will take my money elsewhere.

I and my husband’s daily breakfast spot is Starbucks but today i didn't buy anything from there i wanted to try joe’s deli it was my first time i m vegetarian so i ask the lady on counter that i need breakfast sandwich i ask her very politely which type of egg sandwich you have ? Does it come in bread or english muffin ? Without confirming with me she gave the order to her co- worker in their language my husband saw they are using english muffin he said not in english muffin we want in bread . She raised her voice on us saying u said english muffin she was extremely rude . I said i was asking you about the bread didnt even confirmed yet . Then She makes the grimace angrily said which bread i said wheat . They started making order . As I already paid in the beginning so we were waiting meanwhile my husband used 2 sugar sachet in his chai the one he bought from Starbucks . She yelled at my husband saying why are you using sugar from here you didn’t buy anything from us . Very rudely my husband was still polite said u can charge for the sugar sachet not a problem . But I was pissed off i ask her why are you being so rude to us . Why are you yelling . I said this is not the way you speak to your costumers . I said if it was not already paid i would walk way from here by now due to your rudeness . She cut 66 cents for sugar that my husband used and gave my money back and said don’t come back . I still left another dollar for sugar we used . When i was near the door she yelled again don’t come back . I raised my voice aswell i said nobody will come here if you give this type of service . I do not recommend this location due to costumer service that i received . She spoiled my day ☹️

I’m not one to leave a review for a business but i’ll make an exception on this one.
The customer service i just received at the Kent location is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I've been a loyal customer of Joe’s Deli for years, regularly visiting their locations in Federal Way and Fife,
I ordered a California club, a Reuben, and a side of fries over the phone. When I got my order, I noticed they gave me a different sandwich. I called back, and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She wouldn’t even let me explain and insisted I had ordered a "club house." I was about to brush it off as a misunderstanding, but she hung up on me. I called again in disbelief, and this time she picked up, still rude, and told me, "Don’t come here again.
To the lady answering the phone, do better!

I ordered the Denver omelet and I am glad that I did. It was delicious. They had so many menu options as a deli should have on their menu. The workers were constantly cleaning while I dined. They were friendly. I liked it. I will certainly be returning. Good food. Good place.

I announced it was my first time eating here. Was not told about the burger special with fries and a free drink for about $16. Spent a few cents shy of $20 asked to add a drink for my order before paying at the counter, and the lady told me "yea" and did not do so.
A few minutes later, I saw the "Burger Special sign by another entrance and was reminded I didn't get my drink that I asked for.
So I proceeded to the counter to ask about getting the drink cup I asked for before I sat down(I found out that I was not charged for). The same lady wanted to charge me for it. I asked her since I spent a few dollars more than the amount of the burger special (that I wasn't told about)could she just give me a drink cup that I was still without. She told me with a mild attitude that "If I wanted to get a free drink, then I should have gotten the special."
Feeling done with this place, I just went back to my seat and finished most of my meal.
To add:
-Customer service could have been better with the lady. Working with gig apps, I completely understand that the standards of customer service from foreigners vary and are all different. Due to different cultures, training(or lack of), belief systems. So I'm not upset. Overall, I just feel cheated.

-Bathrooms "out of service"(reminded me of the days of the pandemic where places locked/improperly marked)
Had to lie and had to ask if there was somewhere I can wash my hands and was told I could only wash my hands in the bathroom that actually fully worked. ?
-Served me coldish chilli
-Slightly ripped off on pricing that is high for portions given.
-A man who worked there kept eating behind the counter.
? The food was okay, but I'm probably not coming back to try more.
