Listen!? When I tell you this Pho had me on another planet! I got the raw steak/meatball pho and it was absolutely delicious. Upon walking in, I was promptly greeted and told I could sit where I like. It is worth mentioning that she was helping someone at the registrar but still acknowledged my presence. That was nice.
