I like Poke quiet a lot, but there portions are not great, small tiny scoop of a protein is all you get even if you order large, they weigh it like the life depends on it, employees always feel like they just want to leave, unhappy and sometimes even with attitude if you question something, overall not the best Just Poke Spot, I would rather drive an extra 10 min to eat at another Just Poke location.

$10 poke bowl deal from 2-5pm apparently means 2-4:59pm... Was in line at 4:57, ordered right at 5 and was told the deal shuts off automatically exactly at 5pm. Employee (whom I do not blame) had no way to override it, and wasn't even apologetic (which I blame on management for poor training). Probably only going back when kids want to go, but I've lost interest. I hope they change their ways.

Food is fresh, delicious and love the variety.

Definitely try it!

Management needs to step in and make sure that these folks who work here get a little more excitement in them when they see customer walk in. I am frequent client here but the level of customer service is definitely degrading.
Place has great açaí bowls that they are not advertising much. For some reason you can’t buy them at 0700pm because it is “too late”.

The atmosphere feels almost as fake as the employees, who seem less interested in accommodating a customer’s requests than getting them out the door.

Everything I wanted - plain salmon, miso aioli, and even cucumber were completely un-stocked. And there was no spam Musubi whatsoever. I asked the employee if more was coming out and she replied - unapologetically - that no they would not be making more.
They were also out of chopsticks which is less upsetting but still frustrating.

I will not be returning to this location.

Doesn't take cash. Why? No response

I go to Just Poke all the time. This is the first time in a while that I stopped at this one in Kent and when I ordered my large custom bowl I asked for them to put furikake on my rice when they told me that they will only do it on the premade selections. I said surely you must be kidding, they replied that management has instructed that they not put furikake on top of the rice of custom bowls. What kind of logic is this. Is there a great shortage? Is it so expensive?! You wanna die on that hill… no problem! Here’s your 1 Star!

I crave this place! I've eaten here using DoorDash and it was still so so good. I love to build my own bowl - choose my base then add all the toppings and sauces. I always pay extra for macaroni salad avocado. Yum! Oh... And don't sleep on the Fruikaki Chex Mix. It's a must have!!

You got to train your folks better. Girl making the bowls didn’t know portion sizes gave tiny little scoops. With these prices I should be able to get a large bowl filled with what I’m ordering not tiny little portions like I’m a local soup kitchen that rations food out during a nation wide disaster. At this rate just go to an authentic Hawaiian Poke place where they will give you what you paid for!! Frustrating experience!

**Just Poke at Kent Station - Mixed Feelings**

I visited Just Poke at Kent Station for the first time, and I must say, the ambience and environment are top-notch—definitely deserving of 5 stars. The atmosphere is inviting, and the menu offers a great selection of items, making it one of the best poke spots in the area.

However, my experience was somewhat marred by an interaction with one of the employees. I wanted to pay extra to add a small scoop of seaweed from the Hawaiian bowl to my rainbow roll bowl. Despite my willingness to pay extra—whether it was an additional $1 or even $5—the employee was defensive and wouldn’t budge. The menu clearly states that you can add toppings for an additional charge, so I found this rigid adherence to policy over customer satisfaction disappointing.

I believe that when a customer is willing to pay extra for something, the staff should be accommodating. This interaction made me question the work ethic here, and I hope that the management considers better training for their employees to foster a more customer-friendly approach. At the end of the day, it’s just poke, and the focus should be on ensuring the customer leaves satisfied. I really hope to see improvements in this area, as it would be a shame to reconsider coming back based on an otherwise great experience. I would like to add that had the experience been more accommodating, I would have gladly left a gratuity of over 20%. Customer satisfaction is key, and I hope this is taken into consideration for future interactions.

Clean shop but the food was terrible. I ordered on the app a $17 build your own plate with Kalua and Hawaiian Ahi. I received seared ahi. I added on Mac salad (it tasted sour like vinegar was added to it). This usually happens when the Mac salad is old. The rice and toppings were okay. The Kalua was also on top of the ahi but I know what fresh ahi is supposed to taste like because I am from Honolulu and that was not Hawaiian Ahi. It was definitely seared.

I asked for extra avocado and paid for it and it didn't come added. I also asked for some topping ingredients that didn't come. The quantity also comes less than other just poke I've tried. The ones from Mill Creek and Kirkland are the best. I was disappointed with the one from Kent.

We both had the crispy tofu Poke bowl and really loved it, especially the sauce I was stuffed and passed my balance to hubbie. It was about four bites and he came away stuffed. Highly recommend

I just went in 10 minutes ago (30 minutes before close time). It was clear that they wanted their shifts to be over. It also didn't help that the guy was a trainee. It was so obvious that he had zero idea what he was doing from the start. When I was giving him my orders going alone the rows of poke food, he looked distracted, bored, and overall not present and the bowl said it all. When he was done, my large build your own bowl looked like a regular, with portions so tiny that I could eat each topping in one bite. Although the food tastes delicious as always, I was scammed out of money. Kent location disappoints so often, every other Just Poke location can be ranked above this one! Never coming to Kent Just Poke ever again!
