Food was great, what we could order. They only have 5 to 6 things on the menu, and were out of one of them. The door was open the entire time, so even with our coats on, we were freezing. The staff seemed new, and was friendly, but spoke too quietly. My wife had to leave to warm up in the car as we waited. So I'd be willing to try it again... in the summer.
The mantu were hot and tasty, and the owners were very kind to me being awkward (accidentally coming in through the back door and the kitchen, still riding through the new-to-town jitters and coming off a couple days of stressful, semi-fruitful job interviews). I hope to return, but if I can't ever make it back, I wish the owners and their family all happiness.
This is my third time trying something new from their menu. The kebab is delicious! The bolani was slightly under-salted, but the overall quality and generous portions have impressed me more with each order. I highly recommend the food at Kabul Kebab. The staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious.
