I went through the drive through last night 7/19/25 and I’m not sure what the issue was but first I was told they only had crispy, so I order my eight piece meal not a twenty piece an eight piece then they tell me if I can do half crispy half original when I was literally just told they only had crispy. I pull up to pay and I over hear the young teenager working the window say I bet $5 she’s going to pay with cash to his surprise I paid with my card…. I should have drove off but my kids wanted KFC. Expensive, very rude and unprofessional for no reason. If you want to bet on something go play the lotto. Won’t be going to this KFC anymore.

Disgustingly burnt dried out chicken. I cannot believe they would even consider serving this to any customer. Extremely high priced because they are usually magnificent. But KFC has never ever been this awful. So disappointed.

Never in my entire life have I called a KFC with an order that was wrong and had a manager be as rude as he was to me getting in an argument with my husband on the phone I will never ever support your establishment ever ever again.. talk about unprofessional the food is trash the orders can never be gotten right and the attitude of the people that work there is a disgrace save your money go to SARS and buy chicken

This Kent location is scammers. We received some coupons thur our mail and decided to use it. The cashier said, “These coupons are for the Seattle location and not the Kent location. Do you want a combination family meal?” “No, thank you.” (A 12 piece chicken, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and some biscuits cost $45 and with tax $50). The Super Saver Supermarket is across KFC and they have great deals that every Monday and Friday, they have a fried drumstick sale 10 drumsticks for $5.99 or 20 drumsticks for $9.99 and their fresh potato wedges are only $3.99 per pound.
Had a very large order and the staff was super helpful, kind and patient.

It's terrible service went to order food To eat there then the guy who is placing the order still asks me if it is to eat there or take away I tell him it is to eat there and then he tells me that it is already closed to eat there it was 7:40pm and during door says that they close until 9 pm and then I told him why he was asking then if it was to eat something and I also told him about their closing time and he didn't say anything I think they should be aware of the people they hire because I know they are supposed to They must respect the schedules
