-1 stars if I could. $15 for 6 “Wings” and jojos that looked more like chicken nuggets that you can get at McDonalds for $1. (With the daily meals) Super dry and salty. You got better luck at Chuck E. Cheese across. Don’t come here.

Lobby is always closed. They understaffed this place on purpose. I waited 20 minutes for a 12-piece meal because they said they had a bunch of deliveries. I thought they forgot about me so I went through the line again and the woman was really rude. White lady with glasses specifically. Other staff was nice

Love KFC but location was closed by 10:30pm. It's supposed to be open (and says so) on the app until 11pm. Super sad.

I came in and asked a SIMPLE question about my order, and the manager instantly got defensive, talking back to me instead of just agreeing and fixing it. Excuse me?? That’s not how you talk to customers. I don’t care what excuse they had, the way they raised their voice and tried to “explain themselves” was totally out of line.
I’m the customer, I shouldn’t have to listen to their attitude. Managers should be there to apologize and say yes, not argue. I felt completely disrespected and ignored. Absolutely disgusting leadership.
Never coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place

I went through the drive through last night 7/19/25 and I’m not sure what the issue was but first I was told they only had crispy, so I order my eight piece meal not a twenty piece an eight piece then they tell me if I can do half crispy half original when I was literally just told they only had crispy. I pull up to pay and I over hear the young teenager working the window say I bet $5 she’s going to pay with cash to his surprise I paid with my card…. I should have drove off but my kids wanted KFC. Expensive, very rude and unprofessional for no reason. If you want to bet on something go play the lotto. Won’t be going to this KFC anymore.
